This box finally is packed in a cardboard box. On the reel are the bar code product label and taping label and a ESD letterpress. For SMD package, MSL level indetify in label. 3.3 Pb-free information is part of the box. Page 13 of 15
4. Storage 4.1 Storage Recommendations We recommend to storage our products in a closed place in normal conditions of temperature and relative humidity: Temperature: 5ºC to 40ºC (Recommended 20ºC to 30ºC) Humidity: 30% to 80% RH (Recommended 40% to 60% RH) As all electronic components, they have to be preserved from corrosive and wet environments to prevent oxidations on the leads of components that could affect to solderability. In general, we suggest to storage the products no more than two years. In case some product is older than that, we recommend to test the solderability of components before assembling them. The other characteristics and reliability of the devices are not restricted to this storage period limitation. 4.2 ESD Precaution Proper storage and handling procedures should be followed to prevent ESD damage to the devices especially when these are removed from the antistatic shielding carrier. Electro-static sensitive devices - warning letterpress are show on the reel. Page 14 of 15
