ي The impact of Iranian foreign policy on security of Arabian Gulf countries (1991 2012) Prepared by: Fouad Atef alabadi Supervision by: Dr. Mohammed Jamil Sheikhly Abstract The study aims to get to know Iran's foreign policy and its impact on the security of Arabian Gulf Countries (1991 2012), which clearly was distinguished in convergence and dissonance in relations between Iran and Arabian Gulf to many reasons based on Iran s foreign policy; the long conflict attributed in the region of the sensitivity of the location of the Iranian and Gulf, rich the region with petroleum and gas. That opened the door to foreign interference due orientations of the political elite Iranian Foreign irresponsible and expansionist goals and influence using the new terms for export of revolution (religious tourism), and modify its policy after the second Gulf War, where were moderate and pragmatic, used soft diplomacy for convergence. It then issued some actions and end with disharmony despite economic convergence has not been affected between Iran and the Arabian Gulf. Iran took advantage of what is happening in Iraq because of the U.S. occupation and then Iranian Shiite crawl and sectarianism that swept Iraq to a dangerous curve, the Iranian foreign policy in an attempt to export Iran's internal concerns, And new horizons to break the impasse because of the balance of forces that seek to, and rejection of foreign interference, which resisted the Gulf region from the beginning but after the Second Gulf War allowed the presence of forces to maintain the security of the Gulf, at the same time Iran has rejected this and are working to increase its military capabilities, especially nuclear until it became the affecting ingredients the security of the Arabian Gulf and the seeking to find new allies and that's what did the Arab Gulf states to face years of unrest and destabilized the internal security of the Gulf states because of the Shiite extension.
ك We have in the current study to elements of Iran's foreign policy, the Iranian foreign policy tools and religious dimensions revolutionary ideology, Gulf countries efforts to achieve principle of balance of power in the Gulf region, Where the influential factors on the security of Arab Gulf, Iran has sought through its foreign policy and its full potential in order to influence and protect the Gulf with the Arab Gulf states as a substitute for Iraq.
