The Challenge of IPURD of the city of Sofia Commissioned by Sofia municipality as part of the OP Regional Development 2007-2013 Unique document for the country; Developed for the biggest city and the capital of Bulgaria; Integrates the best ideas from the adopted strategic documents and unlocks the potential of the capital city; Has its own institutional framework; Unique public participation opportunities, for PPPs, for coordination and control. The Integrated Plan for Urban regeneration and Development of the city of Sofia is cofinanced by the OP Regional Development through the ERDF, the state budget of the Republic of Bulgaria and Sofia municipality budget.
