SCOPE 1.1 This specification is applicable to lead and halogen free SAS series antisulphurated thick film chip resistors. 1.2 Lead free products mean lead free termination meets RoHS requirement. Pb contained in glass material of resistor element is exempted by RoHS directive. 1.3 The products are tested and passed based on the test conditions and methods defined in AEC-Q200. 2. Take them out to stabilize in room temperature for 24±2 hr or more to measure its resistance variance rate. MIL-STD-202 Method 108 Solder the specimens on the test PCB board and put into the chamber with temperature 125±3 C and load the rated voltage for 1000 hrs. Take out to stabilize in room temperature for 24±2hr or more, measure its resistance variance rate.
