PLANT & SOIL SCIENCE (140) DESCRIPTION Students will demonstrate knowledge and skills in a wide range of scientific principles, such as genetics, disease, pests, and management practices. The scientific processes of observation, measurement, hypothesizing, data gathering, interpretation, analysis, and application are stressed.
