INDIA Total Precipitation Healthy rains again fell in the northern key Indian dairy areas last week, with dry weather in the south. The forecast sees monsoon rains to continue to fall in a healthy fashion across the northern ½ of the country, with significantly less than average rainfall elsewhere.
