Identifying challenges If you look at any of your problem areas in your life or those of your clients, you ll probably find they are rooted in faulty and limited beliefs, imbedded deeply in our subconscious mind. We need to get to the root of the lies and start re-programing our thoughts. ALSO IDENTIFY what are your stressors!! These negative and disempowering beliefs, are a form of self-sabatage..and I believe one of the main reason clients struggle with diets, exercise, living in abundance and so many other things. These lies are the barriers that stop us from reaching our full potential. BUT we can change all of this!!!.

Avoid categorizing foods as good/safe vs. bad/dangerous. OFTEN our clients think I went off the diet I ate a bad food and therefore I am bad This RESULTS in sabotaging the diet or berating self talk Clients wind up NOT telling us the truth!! Because they are ashamed Remind Them THAT just because you veered off course a little..doesn t mean you are bad or can t succeed. Speak encouragement to them! Remember, we all need to eat a balanced variety of foods. 80/20 rule BE open and honest, share your trials and successes WHEN appropriate. Honesty opens doors!

Become a critical viewer of the media and its messages about selfesteem and body image. TEACH your clients to talk back to the television when you hear a comment or see an image that promotes a certain body ideal at all costs There is a LOT of false advertising..
