Thermal Transfer Label Materials HellermannTyton provides a wide variety of thermal transfer label stocks to fit most industrial applications. Materials can be used in applications ranging from high heat, wire wrapping and long term indelible marking. A mix of sizes and types allows for stock solutions to most labeling needs. For instance, HellermannTyton provides thermal transfer labels in a high performance white polyester. HellermannTyton 822 material provides a high quality mark when used with the TT822 ribbon and the TT1210 printer, or compatible. Adhesive buildup can prevent the labels from exiting the printer properly. Durattach (DTH) Label Material HellermannTyton introduces a new concept in high security label marking. When indelible marking is needed in harsh chemical environments, the Durattach (DTH) label and ribbon combination, along with a standard thermal transfer printer, achieves extremely chemical and solvent resistant printing. The Durattach material can stand up to alcohol, toluene, acetone and other chemicals without the need for a clear plastic over-laminate to protect the printed text. DTH is suited for printing process control labels and also the name plate labels, especially if high density bar coding or high quality printing is needed. The chemical and friction durability is excellent with superior print quality. In areas where the label must remain legible for security reasons, the Durattach DTH is an ideal solution. The labels can be printed with the HellermannTyton s thermal transfer printing systems. The standard DTH ribbons will also provide a high quality mark on HellermannTyton ShrinkTrak.
