Short Biography Maria Visa, female, environmental chemist, graduated in chemistry and physics at the Transylvania University of Brasov, 1972 and at University Babes -Bolyai Faculty of Chemistry Technology from Cluj Napoca, Romania 1978. She worked as teacher with degrees: II, I and coordinator of Chemistry Department. 2002-2007 she was manager at College of Natural Sciences Emil Racovita, Brasov, Romania. She was integrated in Transylvania University from 2000 as Lecturer. PhD. Diploma at Transilvania University in 2008 on waste materials used for waste treatment water. As associate professor in Chemistry and Environment Department teach Chemistry, Recycling Materials and Processes of Treatment Water courses at Transilvania University of Brasov She is coordinator of the Chemical program Professional Conversion at level post university. 2007-2011 Vice president of Chemistry Society Romania, branch Brasov. Researcher on materials zeolites, fly ash used for removal dyes, heavy metals and surfactants from waste water.
