NON-PYROGENIC CERTIFICATE OF ANALYSIS Every lot of Abdos Micro Tips, Micro Centrifuge Tubes, Centrifuge Tubes, Cryo Vials, Petri Dish, Radioimmunoassay (Ria) Vials, Pasteur Pipette & other products are tested for Pyrogenic. This report certifies that samples of the above products obtained from finished products are Non-Pyrogenic. Endotoxin levels are < 0.06 EU/ml. Products were tested for Endotoxins by the Limulus Amebocyte Lysate (LAL) Gel Clot Assay. PROCEDURE: Lot samples of the products were extracted according to current FDA guidelines in Pyrogen free water and the extract solution was then assayed along with the positive and negative controls. The sensitivity of the LAL Gel Clot Assay was 0.06 EU/ml. (A) P005 Lot No-50300, (B) P6002 Lot No-503007, (C) P0202 Lot No-,503036 (D) P040 Lot No-503009, (E) P0403 Lot No-50300 RESULTS: Endotoxin levels <0.06 EU/ml. COMMENTS: Current FDA/USP guidelines set endotoxin limits for medical devices at 0.5 EU/ml, and 0.06 EU/ml for devices that contact cerebral spinal fluid. We test products according to the guidelines for medical devices that contact cerebral spinal fluid. RNase FREE CERTIFICATE OF ANALYSIS Every lot of Abdos Micro Tips, Micro Centrifuge Tubes, Centrifuge Tubes, Cryo Vials, Petri Dish, Radioimmunoassay (Ria) Vials, Pasteur Pipette & other products are tested for RNase. This report certifies that samples of the above products obtained from finished products are free of any detectable RNase contamination. Products were tested for RNase activity by the following protocol. PROCEDURE: Products were extracted in RNase free water. The extract was then added to an RNA standard. The RNA standard was incubated at 37 C for hour then heated to 65 C for 5 minutes. RNA samples were then run on an agarose gel, photographed, and evaluated for degradation. Abdos has a state of-the-art clean room manufacturing facility and uses exceptionally high quality medical grade resins. Our moulds are designed by the master in thin walled, high precision, quick cycle time laboratory components. We use world s best tool makers for the construction of our tools. We use high quality of steel and extremely precise workmanship for development, manufacturing and maintenance of the tools. This ensures the highest level of quality. Manufacturing the component We have high quality & fast injection moulding machines to fabricate plastic products with the help of highly precise tools. Manufacturing is carried out in ISO certified clean room ensuring the products to be RNase, DNase and Endotoxin free. We use both screen and pad printing facility to print various products as required by our customers. It is possible to print products under OEM contract (with artwork provided) for our customers. We also ensure high quality Sterility through the technique of GAMA Radiation on our products. Abdos has a fully operational in-house microbiology & molecular lab and follows standard testing protocols for each product manufactured.
