Trikala Demo- Service Evaluation Ex- post evaluation questionnaire for users (Α.1.2) 200 users randomly selected when getting off the ARTS: Focus: Awareness: Assessing the effectiveness of the information campaign deployed in the city. Trip: This part includes questions about the interviewee s current trip-characteristics of the trip and trip experience on the ARTS. Satisfaction: level of satisfaction with the quality of the service and the importance of each quality indicators.

Trikala Demo- Service Evaluation Ex-post stated preference questionnaire for users (A.1.3) 200 users randomly selected when getting off the ARTS: Focus: Willingness to pay: The question on the willingness to pay is asked with reference to the current public transport fare in terms of how much the user is willing to pay at a maximum on top of the current fare for public transport. Future: This part of the questionnaire aims to investigate the attitudes towards ARTS services in the city in terms of willingness to implement the ARTS service permanently in the same route of the demo and/or elsewhere in the city. Stated preference: In this section the user is asked to choose between two different transport options (ARTS and conventional minibus) in four different scenarios.

Trikala Demo- Service Evaluation Wider Public Survey (Α.3) 600 citizens were interviewed via a pre-paid mail service Focus: The level of awareness and acceptance of automated vehicles in general (e.g. automated private car, automated large buses etc) and not just ARTS The level of awareness and acceptance of automated driving from the wider public in their everyday life - quality characteristics of automated driving pros and cons

Trikala Demo- Service Evaluation Questionnaire on Perception of Automated Transport Systems (Α.5) 300 road users were interviewed (on line survey) Focus: Frequency of use of ARTS during the pilot period Quality of the service and the possibility of future use Level of feeling safe when interacting with ARTS not only as passengers but as a road user in general (pedestrians, bikers, other drivers)
