INTRODUCTION 1 The following report will deal with the results of a stripping program carried out on the Dundonald Township Project. The claim group consists of 3 contiguous, unpatented, block mining claims (10 units) located in Dundonald Township, Porcupine Mining Division, Ontario. This work was carried out on a contract basis by Duncan McKinnon on behalf of Liberty Mineral Exploration and was conducted on June 15 and 16,2004. A total of 6 hours of excavator work was carried out to cover a gossan zone located within the south-eastern portion of the claim #1243691. The purpose of this survey was to further expose a zone of sulphide mineralization for the purpose of geological mapping and sampling. This area is of particular interest as it is situated along strike and to the southwest from the currently producing Alexo mine.

LOCA non AND ACCESS 2 The Alexo Claim group consists of 3 block claims (10 units) located approximately 44 north east of the city of Timmins, in Dundonald Twp. The claim group lies within the eastern portion of Dundonald Township along the border between Dundonald and Clergue Townships. A legal description of the claim group can be found under the claims portion of this report. This work program covers a portion of claim # 1243691 (Figure #3) Access to the work area was gained by taking Hwy 101 east from the city of Timmins for approximately 35 km to the junction ofhwy 67 north to Iroquois Falls. At approximately the 16-km point on Hwy 67, the grid crosses the Hwy (Figure #3). A gravel road that provides access to the old Alexo Mine runs through the claim group, however this road was gated and could not be used during the time of survey. PERSONNEL The following people were directly involved in the geological mapping and sampling program. Project Manager Technician Eduard Ludwig Don McKinnon Timmins Timmins PREVIOUS WORK The previous exploration conducted by Liberty Mineral Exploration on the Alexo Property has taken the form oftotal field magnetometer and HLEM surveys. This work was done in January of2003 and 2004, and was successful in outlining the ultramafic unit, which is of interest.

GENERAL GEOLOGY 3 The Alexo Property is underlain by the Abitibi Greenstone Belt. Generally this belt consists of a variety of mafic to felsic volcanics with related sediments as well as felsic to ultramafic intrusives. Locally, the property as shown by OGS Map # 3379 to be situated along the contact between the peridotites and mafic metavolcanics. This is similar to the geological environment of the past producing Alexo Mine which is situated approximately 200m north east of the subject property. It is because of its close proximity and similar geological environment to that of the Alexo mine that the property was acquired. CLAIMS The following is a legal description of the ground that makes up the Alexo Property. WORK PROGRAM 4 The work program involved conducting 6 hours of excavator work along with 2 days of supervision, mapping and sampling. A total of 30 samples were taken and sent to Swastika Laboratories for assay. The assay certificate for these samples can be found under Appendix A of this report. RESULTS The assay results for the 30 samples taken can be found under appendix A of this report RECOMMENDATIONS AND CONCLUSIONS The majority ofthe samples taken returned weakly anomalous results. Although no significant assay results were obtained, due to the proximity of this property to the producing Alexo Mines the project should no be dismissed without further investigation. Due to cultural noise in the area the 2004, HLEM (200m coil separation) met with little success. A large loop EM survey might be considered to test for conductive zones that may represent mineralization similar to that of the Alexo Mine. Also, an Induced Polarization survey should be considered as it might outline zones of disseminated sulphides that may not respond to the conventional geophysical methods used thus far.
