INTRODUCTION Location and Access The Rock Property is located on the Isthmus of the Avalon Peninsula and is outlined in Figure 1 and Figure 2, area and claim location maps. Access is good due to the Trans Canada Highway running through the claim block. The property also has a transmission power line and a section of the old Trans Canada Highway running through it. Physiography The property is approximately 90% barren with the remainder being forest covered with scattered boggy areas. 70% of area is concealed bedrock with the remainder being exposed bedrock and till veneer. Property Summary / Licence Status Map staked claim (Licence No. 013704) is owned by Roy French and contains 6 claims as outlined in Figure 2. The date of issuance of licence is 2007.07.31. The first annual report of assessment work performed was submitted in Sept.,2008. Address of owner is as follows: Roy French 15A Pike s Lane Carbonear, NL A1Y1A7 1
GEOLOGY Bedrock Geology of Property The area lies to the east of the Dover Fault and is entirely within the Avalon Zone. All of the claim block is made up of the Bull Arm Formation. The center of claim block contains beige, red, green and pink rhyolite with beds of tuff (MHBAa). The west and east areas of claim block contains mafic tuffs (MHBAp). Much of the rhyolite is slightly to highly altered. PREVIOUS WORK This area was previously claimed in August, 1997 and geochemical surveys were conducted. Grab samples of rhyolite contained anomalies of Cu up to 7.70% and Ag up to.89 oz./ton. (Geofile No. 001N/12/0632). Traditional prospecting and soil sampling was conducted on this property between June, 2007 and June, 2008. Grab samples of rhyolite contained anomalies of Cu up to 2.25%, Ag up to 20.5g/t and Au up to 66ppb. Float samples of rhyolite contained anomalies of Cu up to 5.20%, Ag up to 37.3g/t and Au up to 39ppb. (French, R. 2008). 4
CURRENT PROGRAM Exploration Program Second year exploration of the property was conducted between Sept. 17, 2008 and July 27, 2009 with a total of 11 rock samples and 7 soil samples being sent for Au fire assays + ICP 30 analyses. Also, 9 soil samples were sent for ICP 30 analyses. Third year exploration was conducted between Aug. 03, 2009 and Nov. 03, 2009 with a total of 22 rock samples being sent for Au fire assays + ICP 30 analyses. Geochemical rock sample descriptions, locations and anomalies are listed in Table 1. Soil sample locations and anomalies are listed in Table 2. Sample locations are plotted on Figure 3, Sample Location Map, and geochemical analyses are included in Appendix C on assay certificates. Geochemical analytical work was carried out by Eastern Analytical Ltd., Springdale, NL. Total expenditures are listed in Appendix A, Statement of Expenditures. Days worked are as follows; Field, 2 nd yr. 14 days 2008 Sept. 17, 20: Oct. 04, 09. 2009 June 03, 06, 07, 25: July 08, 10, 16, 20, 22, 27. Field, 3 rd yr. 21 days: Aug. 03, 04, 13, 15, 18, 20, 23, 26: Sept. 03, 06, 18, 21, 26, 28: Oct. 04, 07, 08, 10, 16, 26: Nov. 03. Report preparation 4 days Jan. 27, 28, 29, 30/2010 5
Results Minor anomalies of Au in grab samples from the quarry, near the old Trans Canada Highway, lead to more detailed sampling of the area. Minor anomalous Au, Ag and Cu showed up from rocks in the quarry. Other locations north of the quarry contained minor Au anomalies with different types of mineralization and some barite veining. Three grab sample locations containing anomalous Au have different lithology. Anomalous sample descriptions and locations are shown on Figure 4, Diagram of Anomalous Rock Samples. 6

CONCLUSIONS and RECOMMENDATIONS Minor anomalies of Au are showing up in the quarry and in 3 outcrops, with different lithology, up to 750m north of quarry. Past exploration revealed many mineralized rock samples, mainly in quarry and immediate area, containing high grade copper along with minor gold and silver (French, R. 2008). Because of the weathering effect mineralization is difficult to locate. Exposed surfaces weather to a dull white or grey color and fresh rock must be exposed to determine mineralization or alternation. Since there are numerous outcrops on and near the property, time will have to be spent thoroughly checking each and every one. The cliff in quarry is mostly covered with overburden. Removal of this overburden should expose much more mineralization.
