Graphenano Group
GRAPHENEcore produces and markets shower trays and other sanitary and kitchen ware, natural and ecological, made of mineral filler and reinforced with graphene additive. GRAPHENEcore is a subsidiary of Graphenano Smart Materials, a company engaged in the development of graphene additives for high performance and ecological advanced building materials. Both companies belong to Graphenano, the only graphene producer on an industrial scale and supplier of it to other companies in the group.
GRAPHENEcore has two product lines with the same composition of natural mineral filler and graphene, but with a difference in its finish. NeoGRAPHEN has a surface gel coat finish while SolidGRAPHEN is 100% natural, ecological and recyclable. Bactericidal and hydrophobic properties of graphene, along with its high mechanical resistance, make NeoGRAPHEN and SolidGRAPHEN high performance products with outstanding natural hardness, which also mitigate the environmental and technical drawbacks of conventional resin.

Material made of natural mineral filler and graphene additive with a thin surface layer of graphene additive reinforced gel coat. It is ecological, but to a lesser extent than SolidGRAPHEN.
TECHNICAL IMPROVEMENTS Graphene provides a number of technical advantages to materials containing it. NeoGRAPHEN and SolidGRAPHEN have improved mechanical and bactericidal properties, hardness, resistance, impermeability, etc. when compared to resin plates, resulting in increased quality and durability of the products. NON-DEFORMABLE More resistant to ageing, with a diamond-like hardness. NO THERMAL SHOCK Resistant to sudden temperature changes. NON-FLAMMABLE Unlike resin, which shows a grade 3 flammability (high risk). WATER-REPELLENT 100% waterproof. BACTERICIDAL Graphene prevents the growth of bacteria and mold.
SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTS GRAPHENEcore develops its products with a responsible economy in the use of natural resources in mind, achieving a balance between environmental care and social welfare. RECYCLABLE SolidGRAPHEN is 100% recyclable. NeoGRAPHEN is 95% recyclable. WATER CARE Environmental responsibility for saving water due to a closed loop production system that enables reuse. LOW EMBODIED ENERGY Resin plates have seven times more energy than GRAPHENEcore products. WASTE Casting scrap can be recycled and reused, for example used as building material. VOLATILE ORGANIC COMPOUNDS-FREE (VOCs) With less embodied energy, CO2 emissions are reduced. NON-TOXIC Unlike resins, manipulation and composition of SolidGRAPHEN and NeoGRAPHEN products are not toxic or harmful to health.
