Case Narrative Client: Pace Analytical Services, LLC TestAmerica Job ID: 00-0- SDG: 00-0- Job ID: 00-0- Laboratory: Narrative CASE NARRATIVE Client: Pace Analytical Services, LLC Project: PFAS, NY DW Report Number: 00-0- With the exceptions noted as flags or footnotes, standard analytical protocols were followed in the analysis of the samples and no problems were encountered or anomalies observed. In addition all laboratory quality control samples were within established control limits, with any exceptions noted below. Each sample was analyzed to achieve the lowest possible reporting limit within the constraints of the method. In some cases, due to interference or analytes present at high concentrations, samples were diluted. For diluted samples, the reporting limits are adjusted relative to the dilution required. Calculations are performed before rounding to avoid round-off errors in calculated results. All holding times were met and proper preservation noted for the methods performed on these samples, unless otherwise detailed in the individual sections below. RECEIPT The samples were received on 0//0; the samples arrived in good condition, properly preserved and on ice. The temperature of the cooler at receipt was.º C. PERFLUORINATED COMPOUNDS Samples S-00, S-0, S-, S-, S-, S-0, S-0 and S-0 were analyzed for Perfluorinated Compounds in accordance with Method ISO. The samples were prepared on 0//0 and analyzed on 0/0/0. The Analyte (IDA) recoveries of C PFOA in the samples are below the method recommended limit. Generally, data quality is not considered affected if the IDA signal-to-noise ratio is greater than :, which is achieved for all IDAs in the samples. All detection limits are below the lower calibration. This IDA exhibited good, passing recoveries in the associated Method Blank, Laboratory Control Sample and Laboratory Control Sample Duplicate. No analytical or quality issues were noted, other than those described above or in the Definitions/Glossary page. TestAmerica Page Burlington of Page of //0
