X-Terra Resources Property Locations 4
Veronneau Property (100% Ownership) The property occupies the entire Colomb-Chaboullié greenstone belt which is situated on the contact zone of the sub province of Nemiscau and Opatica. The property is comprised of more than 500 mining claims covering over 250 km 2 The property can be divided in two informal units, a volcanic horizon to the northwest bounded to the southeast by a metasedimentary horizon. The volcanic horizon is essentially composed of metabasalt (80 %) which includes mafic to intermediate volcanoclastic horizons and massive to semi-massive sulphides layers associated with gold occurrences To date, the contact between these two informal units (volcanic and sediments) has never been observed due to the lack of outcrops. 5

Troilus Property General Location 24
Troilus North Property (100% Ownership) The property is located in a favourable geological context of the Frotet-Evans greenstone belt and comprised of more than 90 mining claims covering over 50 km 2 According to the MRNF the property contains two zones of high favourability of porphyry Cu + Au +- Mo type mineralization. The property is also located less than 2 km from the former Troilus mine (2M oz Au + 70,000 tons of Cu) It is located in an area that has seen very little drilling, even though it is near significant mining infrastructure. The adjoining property, the Troilus mine, owned by Troilus Gold Corp. has initiated a 30,000 metre drill program (See Troilus Gold press release, Feb 5, 2018) to further expand underground mineral resource, highlight potential near surface mineralization and explore along the Troilus diorite boundary. 25

Storm Lake Property General Location 31
Storm Lake Property (50% Option) The property is located in a favourable geological context on the Frotet- Evans greenstone belt and comprised of more than 45 mining claims covering over 25 km 2 The Storm Lake gold property has been subjected to sparse exploration programs over the years including very limited drilling. A recent 3-D magnetization vector inversion (Geosoft VOXI) was completed using a recent high-resolution magnetic survey (25-metrespaced lines) (helicopter-borne, high-resolution magnetic survey, Storm property, Quebec, 2013, Dube & Desaulniers Geoscience). Marc Boivin, P. Geo, at MB Geosolutions acknowledges the results have outlined a highly magnetic feature that was previously concealed, interpreted as a deep-seated, magnetic-rich intrusion into the fault plan. A similar 3-D magnetization vector inversion over the Chimo mine (currently owned by Cartier Resources and located at the southern extremity of Val d'or on the Cadillac fault) highlights a similar 3-D magnetic model. 32
