3 SUMMARY Blackrock Exploration Inc. is an emerging mineral exploration company incorporated in Ontario. The company s focus is to acquire and explore high potential gold properties in North America. The Company s current asset for exploration is a 3,616 hectare gold property located in the Swayze Greenstone belt, 60 kilometers west of IAMGOLD s Cote Lake 7 million oz gold deposit and 38 kilometers west of the former producing Jerome gold mine. Blackrock believes that the Property demonstrates several geological attributes which contribute to target definition of a larger scale gold system including: Strategic location along an underexplored portion of this highly prospective belt containing the Ridout Deformation zone. This deformation zone hosts numerous gold showings and deposits and is considered to be the westward extension of the famous Cadillac-Larder Lake break, which is associated with many mines in the prolific Kirkland Lake-Noranda Val d Or gold camps. Iron formation hosting widespread anomalous gold is known to exist on the Property. Intrusive rocks are known to exist in vicinity of the iron formations which may have affected gold concentration through remobilization. A major deflection of the Ridout Deformation zone occurs on the Property possibly developing dilational zones suitable for highgrade gold deposition. High-grade quartz vein associated gold and disseminated low-grade gold exist in zones of carbonate-silicification, some of which were explored in the past. 4 VISION Blackrock s exploration vision for the Property is: 1. Assess the high-grade showings in terms of their geological relationship to the Ridout Deformation zone. 2. Focus exploration along a highly gold anomalous 3-kilometer long iron formation situated immediately south of the Ridout Deformation zone a large-tonnage target. 3. Corporately, the Company is actively engaged in identifying a public vehicle, whether on the TSX-V or CSE exchanges, to serve as a platform for future growth. Blackrock is anticipating to achieve this goal within 6 months. The company will be seeking funding by way of private placement and will raise a minimum of $300,000 to a max of $600,000. It will seek out strategic partners to participate as private investors prior to the company going public. 6 HIGHLIGHTS Property consists of 16 staked and contiguous claims totaling 3,616 hectares. Several target areas identified by past work include South Cree Lake with 5 target areas and 4 prospecting targets north of Cree Lake. Ridout Deformation Zone, the western continuation of the Cadillac-Larder Lake Deformation Zone, located within the South Cree Lake target area. The very significant South Cree Lake target area - delineated over 3.0 kilometer strike length and 1.4 kilometer width. 20 drill holes ( ) totalling 3,040 meters, identified gold anomalous sulfide-chert iron formation exceeding 3,000 meters in strike length. Updated NI technical report has been completed. Property holds a valid drill permit issued by the MNDM. The 773 soil samples collected in 2013 over the South Cree Lake target will be analyzed by the Mobile Metal Ion technique. 9 GOLD OCCURRENCES AND DEPOSITS OF SWAYZE GREENSTONE The Swayze-Shining Tree Greenstone belt hosts a proliferation of Au occurrences (over 90 documented) and 5-past producing mines - many associated with Ridout Deformation Zone. IAMGOLD S, Cote Lake gold deposit located 65 km southeast in Chester Twp.: Resource 2014: Indicated 257,705,000 tonnes grading 0.90 g/t for 7,137,000 oz Au and Inferred 48,378,000 tonnes grading 0.70 g/t for 1,148,000 oz Au. Kenty Mine, located 2,000 meters northeast, was past producer (production figures not available). Historically reported to contain resource of 62,595 tonnes (un-specified grade) at No.1 shaft and 263,000 tonnes (un-specified grade) at No.2 shaft. Jerome Mine, located 37 kilometers southeast, produced 59,892 oz Au. Has a 1984 historic resource of 523,894 tonnes grading 6.86 g/t Au. September 5,

14 MANAGEMENT Walter Hanych, P.Geo (President) Mr. Hanych has over 35 years of experience in the resource exploration industry from grass roots projects to advanced mine feasibility projects, including corporate structure and financing. He has worked in gold, base metal, magmatic nickel sulphide, diamond, PGE and industrial mineral exploration in Canada and internationally. He continues to act as consultant to emerging and established junior resource companies through his consulting company (Hanych Geological Consulting Ltd) and currently holds the position of President and CEO of Signature Resources Ltd. a TSX-V listed company. Vicki Rosenthal, CPA (Secretary-Treasurer) Ms. Rosenthal has more than 35 years of experience as a qualified accountant in both England and Canada. She has worked with medium sized, owner managed entrepreneurial businesses providing a full range of accounting, tax, estate and financial planning advice through her own accounting practice. In addition, she also provided consulting services to number of large Canadian, publicly traded enterprises including those in the resource sector. Ms. Rosenthal has also been the chief financial officer a number of companies. John Leliever (Corporate Development) Mr. Leliever is a third generation mineral explorationist/developer with over 30 years experience in the industry. In the past, he has worked in the field servicing the industry through his contracting companies and in the last 10-years has been involved in corporate development of private and public companies. Mr. Leliever has personally financed several early stage projects and has been responsible for some very significant property acquisitions.
