5 Part III Problem Solving Ellen is designing a circular garden area in her backyard. Ellen needs help with two parts of her design. The design calls for a row of bricks around the outside of the garden and she needs to add a lot of topsoil so the plants can grow. Ellen has decided to hire a landscaper to install the bricks and topsoil, but the landscaper needs two measurements from Ellen in order to estimate the price. The landscaper wants to know the distance around the outside of the garden (to determine how many bricks) and the area of the garden (to determine how much topsoil). The only measurement that Ellen can make easily is the radius, which is 15 feet. Find the other two measurements.
