A majority voted for confirmation (see attachment). Nevertheless, the participants on the SC 3 meeting on in Frankfurt (DE, FR, JP, UK and US) proposed to ask the SC 3 members if they agree to withdraw the standard, taking into account the comments given during the vote (see attachment, last page).
