2 CUADRILLA RESOURCES LTD Cuadrilla Resources Limited ( Cuadrilla, CRL or the Company ) was formed in September 2007 as a privately held exploration and production company focused on bringing together leading unconventional oil and gas explorers, developers and technologists to unlock untapped unconventional resource plays in selected parts of Europe. The current focus of activity is the UK, Netherlands and Poland Cuadrilla is vertically integrated in order to control all aspects of its drilling and development programme. To this end, it has designed and overseen the manufacture and commissioning of a purpose built DrillMec HH220 top drive rig and state of the art cementing, fracture stimulation and completion equipment. All components of this equipment are designed for European specifications (noise, roads, etc.) and certified to both American and European standards. Cuadrilla has assembled a proven management team with multiple decades of experience in unconventional gas services and exploration/development Principle investors are Riverstone Europe LLP and A J Lucas Group
