6 LO: I can analyse a narrative poem. Narrative Poetry The Highwayman Share the Highwayman. Explore the language used. What feelings does the poem convey? How does Noyes use language to make the poem more exciting? Chn to explore the motivation of the individual characters. LO: I can learn and perform a narrative poem. To identify, write and name equivalent fractions of a given fraction, represented visually, including tenths and hundredths. To recognise mixed numbers and improper fractions and be able to convert from one to the other. Write mathematical statements such as 2/6 + 5/6 = 7/6 = 1 1/6 To add and subtract fractions with the same denominator, and denominators that are multiples of the same number. To multiply proper fractions and mixed numbers by whole numbers, supported by materials and diagrams. I can round decimals with 2 decimal places to the nearest whole number and to one decimal place. I can read, write, order and compare numbers with up to three decimal places. I can match percentages to equivalent decimals and fractions.

7 I can solve percentage word problems. I can find the percentage of given numbers. I can recognise different angles I can estimate and compare acute, obtuse and reflex angles. I can draw and measure given angles in degrees, using a protractor. I can indentify angles on a straight line. I can use the properties of rectangles and irregular and regular polygons to find missing angles.
