Manufacturing facility The production unit located near Mumbai is a multipurpose facility equipped with highly versatile infrastructure which gives us the ability to carry out various types of chemical processes under different operating conditions. Quality Assurance & Quality control The Q/A team ensure the implementation of the quality management system & actively monitors its effectiveness. The quality management system is based on the ISO9001:2008 standard & includes all relevant elements specified by the ICHQ7 standard. The Quality Control department is extensively equipped with modern analytical instrumentation and is staffed with trained analysts with supporting facilities. It generates the required analytical data for all quality related issues like routine analysis, investigations, validations, method development, compliance with guidelines like ICH, etc. R&D The Modepro R&D Center provides process research of APIs and intermediates involving multi-step synthesis. We have a successful track record in developing noninfringing processes and scaling up from kilo to multi-tons on schedule. Our team of researchers has developed several innovative and cost effective processes for producing intermediates of several well known API s.
