1 VPLYV HYDROABSORBENTU A MYKORÍZNEHO PRÍPRAVKU NA KVALITU SADBY ŠALÁTU A INTENZITU FOTOSYNTÉZY V PODMIENKACH MENIACEJ SA PÔDNEJ VLHKOSTI The impact of hydroabsorbent and mycorrhizal preparation on quality of lettuce seedlings and intensity of photosynthesis in conditoins changing soil moisture Jurica M., Nedorost Ľ., Pokluda R. Zahradnická fakulta MENDELU, Ústav zelinářství a květinářství Abstrakt V experimente sa sledoval vplyv hydroabsorbentu Agrisorb a mykorízneho prípravku Symbivit na vývoj a kvalitu sadby jarného šalátu MAJOR F1. Pokus sa realizoval v skleníku ZF MENDELU v Lednici (ČR). Hodnotila sa hmotnosť nadzemnej časti, koreňov, počet listov, listová plocha, obsah sušiny, kolonizácia koreňa a fotosyntetická aktivita. Aplikácia hydroabsorbentu sa pozitívne prejavila vo zvýšení nadzemnej časti o 23% a vo zväčšení koreňového systému o 13% oproti kontrole. Mykorízny prípravok zväčšil koreňový systém o 23% a nadzemnú časť o 9% oproti kontrole. Navyše mykorízny prípravok zvyšoval aktivitu fotosyntézy počas všetkých termínov merania. Kolonizácia koreňov ošetrených Symbivitom sa pohybovala okolo 42%. Kľúčové slová: šalát, hydroabsorbent, mykoríza, sadba, Symbivit Abstract In the experiment was evaluate the effect of hydroabsorbent Agrisorb and mycorrhizal preparation Symbivit on quality of sprin lettuce seedlings var. MAJOR F1. Experiment was done in a greenhouse of Faculty of Horticulture, Mendel university in Lednice (CZ). Evaluated were the weight of the aboveground part, number of leaves, leaf area, dry matter content, root colonization and photosynthetic activity. Application of hydroabsorbent was positively reflected in an increase in aboveground parts of 23% and a larger root system by 13% compared to control. Mykorrhizal preparation increased the root system by 23% and the part above ground by 9% compared to control. Moreover, mykorrhizal preparation increased photosynthesis activity during all measurement dates. Colonization of roots treated Symbivit was around 42%. Keywords: lettuce, hydroabsorbent, mycorrhiza, seedlings, Symbivit Úvod Rastlinná výroba závisí od klímy a podmienok stanovišťa. Všetky nepriaznivé vplyvy vonkajšieho prostredia, ktoré závažne ohrozujú rastliny, označujeme ako stresové faktory. Rastliny sú neustále vystavované najrôznejším stresom. Väčšina autorov rozdeľuje tieto stresy na biotické (choroby, škodcovia, buriny) a abiotické (extrémne vysoké alebo nízke teploty, nedostatok vody, kyslíka, živín v pôde, nadbytok iónov solí a vodíka, toxické kovy) (Procházka, 1998, Bláha, 2003). Zo všetkých abiotických faktorov, ktoré obmedzujú rast a produktivitu rastlinstva na našej planéte, stojí na prvom mieste nedostatok vody (Procházka, 1998). Cieľom tohto pokusu bolo dokázať pozitívny vplyv hydroabsorbentu a mykorízneho prípravku na kvalitu sadby ľadového šalátu Major, ďalším cieľom bolo dokázať ochranný účinok týchto prípravkov pri vysúšaní substrátu a nedostatku vody. 212

2 Hydroabsorbenty sú pomocné pôdne látky, ktoré majú schopnosť zadržiavať vodu, ktorá býva rastlinám dobre prístupná, viažu na seba živiny a znižujú výpar vody z pôdy (Bouranis, 1998). Ich efektivita závisí od pestovateľských podmienok, druhu prípravku a dávkovania. Yazdani (2007) uvádza, že hydroabsorbenty majú pozitívny vplyv na veľkosť listovej plochy, obsah sušiny a výrazne zvýšili výnos. Mykorízna symbióza predstavuje vzájomné spolužitie koreňov vyšších rastlín so špecifickou skupinou pôdnych húb. Jej podstatou je látková výmena medzi hubou a rastlinou, ktorá prináša obidvom organizmom výhody, ktoré im umožňujú lepšie prosperovať na danom stanovišti (Pirozynski, 1981). Medzi najviac rozšírený typ mykoríznej symbiózy (asi 95% cievnatých rastlín) patrí arbuskulárna mykorízna symbióza (AM) (Trappe, 1987). Hlavnými zástupcami tejto skupiny sú rody Acaulospora, Endogone, Gigaspora,Glomus a iné (Ray, 2005). Arbuskulárna mykorízna huba čerpá energiu potrebnú na svoju výživu od hostiteľskej rastliny. Dodáva jej na oplátku niektoré minerálne látky, najmä fosfor, minerálny dusík a v niektorých prípadoch aj dusík uvoľnený z organických látok, ktorý by bol inak pre rastlinu horšie dostupný. Ďalej zvyšuje odolnosť rastlín voči vodnému stresu (Smith Read, 1997) a chráni rastlinu voči pôdnym patogénom (Azcón-Aguilar, 1997). Materiál a metodika Ako modelová zelenina pre experiment bol zvolený hlávkový šalát, odroda MAJOR F1 (Semo a.s.). Táto odroda sa vyznačuje vyššou odolnosťou proti vybiehaniu a výraznou rezistentnosťou voči plesni šalátovej. Pokus sa realizoval v skleníku Záhradníckej fakulty v Lednici a prebiehal v roku Bol hodnotený vplyv dvoch prípravkov, a to hydroabsorbentu Agrisorb a mykorízneho prípravku Symbivit. Agrisorb je organická polymerná zlúčenina schopná do svojej štruktúry viazať vodu a v priebehu vegetácie ju odovzdávať koreňom. Vytvorený gél z prípravku chráni najjemnejší koreňový systém rastliny (koreňové vlásenie) pred poškodením suchom a vplyvom presadzovania. Gél vytvorený z 1 g je schopný viazať až 300 g vody (Agrovita, 2009). Na inokuláciu sa použil mykorízny prípravok Symbivit obsahujúci 6 druhov mykoríznych húb (G. intraradices BEG140, G. mosseae BEG 95, G. etunicatum BEG92, G. claroideum BEG96, G. microaggregatum BEG56, G. geosporum BEG199) a prírodné ílové nosiče. Prípravok má zlepšiť výživu, rast a zdravotný stav rastlín. Podporuje lepšiu tvorbu kvetov, plodov a zvyšuje výnos. Rastliny by mali byť odolnejšie proti stresu (sucho, presádzanie a i.) (Symbiom, 2011). Pokus sa zameriaval na hodnotenie sadby šalátu, pestovaného v sadbovačoch T160 s objemom jednej bunky 20 cm 3. Ako pestovateľský substrát bol použitý Klassman TS 3. Predpestovanie prebiehalo za podmienok používaných v komerčnej výrobe, teplotný režim klíčenia C, po vyklíčení C deň, C noc. Rastliny boli prihnojované na list každé dva týždne hnojivom SAMPPI s koncentráciou 0,1 %. Dňa bol založený pokus, celkovo bolo 5 variantov ošetrenia, v každom variante bolo vysiatych 160 rastlín. Ošetrenia boli nasledovné: 1 čistý substrát bez prípravku ako kontrola pre Agrisorb (KA), 2 substrát ošetrený Agrisorbom 3 g.l -1 substrátu (A3), 3 substrát ošetrený Agrisorbom 5 g.l -1 substrátu (A5), 4 substrát s pridaním nosného substrátu (70 g.l -1 ) bez mykorízy ako kontrola pre Symbivit (KS), substrát ošetrený Symbivitom 70 g.l -1 substrátu (S). Pokus sa hodnotil (rastové parametre, sušina) a v dňoch (fotosyntéza, kolonizácia koreňa, vlhkosť substrátu). Jednotlivé termíny merania fotosyntézy boli označené ako A ( ), B ( ), C ( ) a D ( ). Závlaha prebehla v prvý deň merania, ďalšie dni sa nechal prirodzene vysychať. Vlhkosť substrátu sa stanovovala ako pomer čerstvého substrátu a vysušeného, tento pomer sa vyjadril v percentách. Vlhkosť bola stanovovaná za každý variant zvlášť a v každom dni. 213

3 Pri stanovovaní čerstvej hmoty sa vážila vždy celá nadzemná časť alebo koreň s presnosťou na 0,1 g. Celková sušina bola stanovená so vzorkou vysušenou v sušiarni Sterimat (BMT, ČR) pri teplote 105 C do konštantnej hmotnosti. Listová plocha sa skenovala prístrojom LFA (LeafvArea Meter CI-202L). Kolonizácia koreňov sa hodnotila pomocou metódy farbenia koreňov trypanovou modrou (Philips a Hayman, 1970; Koske a Gemma, 1989). Na určenie rýchlosti fotosyntézy bol použitý prenosný prístroj LCpro+ (ADC Bio Scientific Ltd) s infračerveným analyzátorom a s listovou komôrkou. Pre porovnateľnosť meraných veličín boli vždy použité rovnaké podmienky v listovej komôrke. Teplota komôrky bola nastavená na 25 C a hustota ožiarenia meraného listu na 600 μmol m - 2 s -1. Výsledky boli spracované v štatistickom programe Statistica 9.0 (StafSoft Inc ), bol použitý LSD test pri hladine pravdepodobnosti 95 %. Výsledky a diskusia Najvyššiu hmotnosť koreňového systému mali rastliny z ošetrenia Symbivitom 0,95 g, oproti kontrole KS ide o zlepšenie o 23%, ako vyplýva z grafu z obrázku 1. Rovnako významné zvýšenie bolo zistené aj pri ošetrení Agrisorbom A5 0,86 g, to predstavuje zlepšenie oproti kontrole KA o 13%. Pozitívny vplyv ošetrenia A5 sa prejavil aj v hmotnosti nadzemnej časti, ktorá dosahovala priemernú hodnotu 3,66 g, oproti kontrole KA ide o nárast o 23%. Rastliny ošetrené Symbivitom mali priemerne o 9% vyššiu hmotnosť nadzemnej časti oproti kontrole KS. Najvyšší počet listov bol zistený pri rastlinách z ošetrenia Agrisorbom A5 6,4 listov a A3 6,27 listov. Rastliny z ošetrenia S mali priemerne 6,2 listov, rovnako mali aj rastliny z ošetrenia KA 6,2 listov. Najmenší počet listov bol pri ošetrení KS 5,87 listov. Pri meraní veľkosti listovej plochy sa zistilo, že rastliny z ošetrenia KS majú preukázateľne najnižšiu listovú plochu, priemerne len 100 cm 2. Ostatné ošetrenia mali približne rovnako veľkú listovú plochu od 115cm 2 do 126 cm 2. Ďalší hodnotený parameter bol obsah sušiny v koreňoch a nadzemných častiach. Vplyv ošetrenia sa takmer vôbec neprejavil v obsahu sušiny v koreňoch, pretože zistené hodnoty vykazovali vysokú heterogenitu. Naopak, obsah sušiny v nadzemnej časti sa prejavil negatívne pri ošetrení Agrisorbom A5, ktoré malo najnižší priemerný obsah sušiny len 5,38 g/100g, oproti kontrole KA 6,36g/100g. K podobným záverom prišiel aj Reis (2007), ktorý pri vyšších koncentráciách hydroabsorbentu zistil zníženie obsahu sušiny. Kolonizácia koreňa sa hodnotila pri všetkých ošetreniach, avšak prítomnosť mykoríznej huby bola dokázaná len v ošetrení Symbivitom, priemerná hodnota miery kolonizácie sa pohybovala okolo 42%. Zo sledovaných parametrov vyplýva, že ošetrenia S, A5 a A3 majú pozitívny vplyv na rast sadby šalátu. Toto tvrdenie sa zhoduje aj s literatúrou Wu (2010) opisuje pozitívny vplyv arbuskulárnej mykorízy na rastové parametre rastlín a Yazdani (2007) uvádza pozitívny vplyv pôdnych hydroabsorbentov na hmotnosť a listovú plochu rastlín. 214

Prvý deň hodnotenia (termín A) bola u všetkých variant nameraná najvyššia vlhkosť substrátu s pomedzi všetkých dní, priemerná vlhkosť substrátu sa pohybovala okolo 84% a priemerná intenzita fotosyntézy bola 2,61µmol.m -2 s -1 (Tab. 1). Pri tomto vysokom zavlhčení dosahovali rastliny z ošetrenia Symbivitom najvyššiu intenzitu fotosyntézy, a to až 3,79 µmol.m -2 s -1 (Tab. 2). Druhý deň hodnotenia (termín B) došlo k poklesu vlhkosti substrátu, najviac u varianty S (o 7%), priemerná vlhkosť substrátu bola 79%. Rastliny z ošetrenia S mali opäť najvyššiu 215

5 hodnotu intenzity fotosyntézy. Tretí deň (termín C) klesla priemerná vlhkosť substrátu na 71%, najviac u varianty A5 ( až o 15%). V tomto termíne bola zistená najvyššia priemerná aktivita fotosyntézy pri všetkých rastlinách (skoro dvojnásobne vyššia než pri ostatných termínoch, Obr. 2), čo malo za následok najvyššie vysychanie substrátu, čo sa prejavilo pri meraní vlhkosti v poslednom termíne D. Rastliny ošetrené hydroabsorbentom dosahovali za týchto podmienok najvyššie hodnoty intenzity fotosyntézy. Štvrtý deň merania (termín D) klesla vlhkosť substrátu na priemernú hodnotu 58%. Za týchto podmienok boli zistené najvyššie hodnoty intenzity fotosyntézy znovu pri rastlinách z ošetrenia S. Tento rozdiel vo fotosyntetickej aktivite narastá, ak sú rastliny vystavené stresu z premokrenia alebo nedostatku vody. Rovnako hydroabsorbenty dokážu zvýšiť intenzitu fotosyntézy, najmä v podmienkach optimálnej vlhkosti. Lozano (1995) taktiež opisuje pozitívny vplyv mykoríznej symbiózy na fotosyntetickú aktivitu rastlín za rôznych závlahových režimov. Aj 216

6 v novšej literatúre nachádzame pozitívne ohlasy na fotosyntetickú aktivitu za prítomnosti mykoríznej huby (Nowak, 2004). Záver Agrisorb pridaný do substrátu vykazoval veľmi dobrý vplyv na kvalitu a vývoj sadby. Ošetrenia Agrisorb v dávke 5 g.l -1 a Agrisorb v dávke 3 g.l -1 mali za následok preukázateľné zvýšenie hmotnosti nadzemnej časti aj koreňovej sústavy oproti kontrole. Rovnako pridanie mykorízneho prípravku do substrátu preukázateľne zvyšovalo hmotnosť koreňov a navyše pozitívne ovplyvnilo intenzitu fotosyntézy v každom zo sledovaných termínov. Aplikácia použitých prípravkov do substrátu je ekonomická a vzhľadom na výsledky experimentu je možné Agrisorb aj Symbivit odporučiť pre pestovateľskú prax.
