2 ANNEX I: EU SOLIDARITY FUND - THRESHOLDS FOR MAJOR DISASTERS APPLICABLE IN 4 PRIOR THE ADOPTION OF THE REVISED REGULATION (based on Eurostat figures for Gross National Income) Council Regulation / setting up the EU Solidarity Fund defines the threshold for the mobilisation of the Fund for a given country as damage exceeding.6% of GNI or 3 billion in prices. The lower of the two applies.
