When the GCF of both the numerator and denominator is 1. Ex 1/2, 1/3, 12/13 Fraction: a number or quantity that is not completely whole. 1/2, 1/3, 1/4 Decimal: a fraction whose denominator is a multiple of ten and whose numerator is represented by digits to the right of the decimal point..1 = 1/10,.12 = 12/100,.122 = 122/1000 Percent: a rate, number, or amount in each hundred. 99%, 88%, 12% Mixed Number: a number containing an integer(whole number) and a fraction. 3 1/2 or 4 1/5.
