The oa bearing on the auncher was anayze an engineering pastics were seecte as aunch tube materias. Combine the computer aie esign software Pro/Engineer with the finite anaysis software ANSYS, the numerica simuation of the aunch tube was create. To ensure the aunch tube esign accoring with the theoretica esign requirements, the stress an ispacement of the aunch tube uner the maximum oa were anayze in comparison. In the process of moeing an numerica simuation for the tube in this paper, the three-imensiona software Pro-Engineering an the finite eement anaysis software ANSYS are use to anayse the forces on the tubes to ensure the strength of irectiona evice meets the esign requirements, through which can provie a theoretica basis. 2. Stress Anaysis of Launchers Whie the evice of auncher is aunching, rocet aunchers from the ignition to the eft can be ivie into ocup, constraints an freeom of fight perio. After ignition, the rocet acts on the ocing mechanism uner the thrust of engine, breas the ocing force, begins with ocing evice into the restraint perio. During the restraint perio, coision contact occurs between the rocet an the tube, ue to the affects of the rocet thrust misaignment, the weight istribution an other factors, the rocet brings power oa on the auncher. At the moment of the rocet eft, the rocet engine auncher gas fow wi prouce a arger impact on the aunching evice Engine Thrust [1] The tota thrust that the engine on the rocet can be expresse as =qmu ge+ Se( pe pa) (1) In equation (1), q m stans for the rocet mass fow rate, u ge stans for the projectie veocity of rocet jet reative to the missie. S e is for the jet pipe area, p e is for the gas pressure of the en exports. p a is for the atmospheric pressure. The thrust has two parts, the first part is the previous item, which is cae ynamic thrust that is generate by the gas momentum change an usuay occupies 90% of the tota thrust. The secon part is cae static thrust which is ue to air pressure an the en exports cause by ifferent atmospheric pressure outsie Thrust misaignment an uneven weight istribution cause by ynamic oas [2] Whie the rocet an the tube are in the fu constraint perio, the stress anaysis between the rocet an the tube are shown in the igure 2-1, in which is centroi, is the coorinate system of the rocet, is the corner of the rotation. Conitions of estabishment The requirements for the stiffness an strength of the tube for aunching no-etha rocets are ower. Consiering the ightweight an economic requirements for the aunching unit, choose high-ensity poyethyene as the materia of the tube. Its eastic mouus, ensity, tensie strength an compressive strength are 0.6GPa, 0.95g/cm 3, 30Pa an 21Pa. The aowabe stress of the tube is shown in equation (6). 0 [ ] 6 n Whie n equas 1.1, then =19Pa. The ength of the tube is 320mm, the iameter is 45mm an its wa thicness is 3mm inite eement moe The process of finite anaysis is shown in igure n Three-imensiona moeing Given constraints an oa Input the parameters of materia eshing Dispay output Create the tube moe in the software of Pro-Engineer an put the moe to Ansys using the seamess connectivity between Pro-Engineer an Ansys. In the software Ansys, efinite the unit type of the tube to be soi bric 8noe 45, then input the parameters of materia an meshing the tube moe. The moe is meshe into 1500 ce ivisions which is shown in igure 3-2.

The ispacement of the mie tube is bigger than the ispacement of the ens. But the equivaent stress is concentrate in the mie an both ens of the tube. Whie esigning, consieration shou be focuse on the strength of this ocation. 4. Concusion As to the moeing an finite anaysis of the tube, concusions can be rew as foows. (1) Engineering pastic use as the materia of the tube can fuy meet the requirements of the strength for aunching non-etha anti-riot rocets, an aso, they can meet the requirements of ightness an economy. (2) Accoring to the resuts of the finite anaysis, reasonabe optimizations can be rew to the form, structure an economic inicators of the tube.
