5 Geology & Mineralization A series of volcanic and intrusive rocks. The volcanic rocks (dacites and dacitic andesites) are part of the Upper Cretaceous-Eocene Endako Group. Microdiorite sills and dykes intrude these volcanic rocks. Volcanic and intrusive rocks are intruded by dikes and sills of porphyritic felsite and by basalt dikes. Au-Ag-Cu Porphyry-epithermal system with intrusion related, polymetallic mineralization, associated epithermal veins, quartz-sericite-pyrite alteration, porphylitic alteration, vertical and lateral mineralogical zonations. 53 SILVER QUEEN TITAN DCIP& MT SURVEY Quantec Conclusions The Titan 24 DCIP and MT survey confirm the evidence of the possible existence of a Porphyry System with both vein and Stock-work styles of Mineralization. 15/06/ Several targets of chargeability high and resistivity low have been identified within the Silver Queen, two of which appear as deep-seated ( Main Target B and new target D). The 3D inversion results suggest that Mineralization is open to depth > 1 km.

64 Target C - near surface Drill hole 96S / Summary: elev: 923m Az: 201 Dip: m.minor breccia zones and veins elevated in gold significant geochemical results 1 vuggy qtz vein at 77 and a 4.5 wide zone at 325 containing an estimated 30% vein material within a broken and faulted zone with values 534 ppb Au, 671 g/t Ag, 5.16% Cu, 1.63% Pb and 4.65% Zn. Elevated Zn and Mn in upper portion of hole Further geophysics and drilling in this area is recommended.
