I have previously testified before the Commission and my credentials have been accepted with respect to matters regarding geology. The requested spacing is supported by characteristics of the Springer, Caney, Sycamore, Woodford, Hunton, Sylvan and Viola common sources of supply, namely structural, stratigraphic and lithologic properties that also appear in the same common sources of supply in adjacent units or in the surrounding geographical area generally, as demonstrated by Exhibits 1G and 2G, attached to this Affidavit. Exhibit 1G, attached hereto, is a well location and production plat showing the lands involved herein and the surrounding area. Such exhibit shows all of the wells or other boreholes drilled in and around the lands involved herein. In connection with each of the wells shown on such exhibit, there is shown the information set forth in the legend portion of such exhibit, which information includes the current operator, completion date, the total depth, the well name and number. The open square and open circle represent the surface hole and bottom hole location involved herein are a generalized representation of the proposed surface location for the proposed well involved in this proceeding. The name and number of and the projected total depth of the proposed well is indicated on such exhibit. The well involved herein will be drilled to a depth sufficient to penetrate and test the separate common sources of supply covered hereby. As shown on Exhibit 1G, there are no wells in the lands involved herein. Exhibit 2G is the type log constructed from a portion of the well log from the Allied - Chapman 1 located in section 8, Township 5 south, Range 6 east. The portion of the well logs present shows the Springer, Caney, Sycamore, Woodford, Hunton, Sylvan and Viola separate common sources of supply as they underlie the unit involved herein. The structural, stratigraphic and lithologic properties depicted on type log are believed to be continuous across the unit involved herein, demonstrating that the unit involved herein is wholly or substantially underlain by the Springer, Caney, Sycamore, Woodford, Hunton, Sylvan and Viola separate common sources of supply as it exists in the unit involved herein Field rules do not apply to this matter. There are no other orders of the Commission to be incorporated in this matter. One well will effectively and efficiently drain the proposed unit. The granting of this application will prevent waste. The granting of this application will protect correlative rights.
