2 Disclaimer The drillhole sample assays presented below are from historical drilling data which pre-dates NI , and most of the assays were performed by a Centurion Mines Corporation, a professional mining company, assay laboratory set up and staffed by a professional assayer. The high grade drilling assay samples from drillhole CKC were re-assayed for gold and silver by Centurion in 1996 at a professional, IDSO 9000 certified assay laboratory. As such, the early assay data and sampling and assaying procedures are historical and should be viewed in that context. The historical drilling programs were conducted under the supervision of a person who is a Qualified Person. All of the post 1996 rock chip geochemical analyses were performed by certified assay labs. As such, the historical sampling, assaying and QA/QC protocols are not known, and therefore these results must also be seen and interpreted in an historical context. These data are presented here for historical information purposes only. These data have been studied and verified and felt to be appropriate at this early stage of this exploration project by Richard R. Redfern, QP, who has written a technical report on the property and these assay and sampling programs.

10 Thompson Knolls Property Located in Millard County, West-Central Utah, 3,465 acres unpatented BLM claims & 2 SITLA Leases for 1 & 1/3 State Sections. Just west of the Confusion Range which is known for numerous gold-bearing jasperoids, including the King s Canyon prospect to the north, where two substantial gold deposits were drilled in the 1990s. Other mineralized areas in the vicinity include Boob's Canyon, the Silver Dream Mine, and Road Canyon. 10

13 Aeromagnetic Anomaly A subtle magnetic high on a Utah State aero-magnetic survey was found on the property by the USGS, and has long been considered to be an intrusive that is associated with the local area gold mineralization. Follow-up ground magnetic survey by Inland showed the magnetic high anomaly to be much stronger than thought, and outlines the Porphyry mineral target. 13

14 IP & Magnetic Surveys Better Define the Large Airborne Magnetic Anomaly. Ground magnetic and IP surveys were carried out over the area to better define the aeromagnetic anomaly. This outlined a large area of high magnetic susceptibility, 2 by x 1.6 miles in area. IP Response could indicate a Porphyry Copper system at shallow depths. GROUND MAGNETIC SURVEY This also could indicate an area of replacement or skarn Cu-Au-Ag mineralization, similar in type to the Phoenix mine or Bingham-Carr Fork- Melco-Barney s Canyon Cu-Au-Ag mine complexes in Nevada and Utah. New Drilling is planned to test the copper and gold targets on the Thompson Knolls property. 14

15 Target is a Bingham Mine style, intrusive related mineral system. Exploration work to date includes Geochemical Sampling, Ground Magnetics and Gravity Surveys, and an Induced Polarization Survey. Drill-ready with drill plans approved by DOGM for 5 Pads.* *Permits subject to posting of bonds. 15

16 Highest Grade Gold Intercept reported* in this part of Utah! 9,925 ft. of RC drilling (12 holes) completed by Centurion and Crown, including 10 holes south of Discovery Knoll and 2 holes at North Knoll. Best results from one hole S of Discovery Knoll returned 30 ft. of 0.24 oz/ton Au (hole depth ft) with a 10 ft. section of oz/ton Au and 2.3 oz/ton Ag and a 20 foot intercept of 0.28% copper mineralization with 2.9 oz/ton silver. 5 vertical holes and 1 angle hole drilled within a radius of ft. around the foregoing hole also returned anomalous gold values and visual oxide copper mineralization to depths of up to 520 feet. * According to historical records obtained from the USGS. 16

18 Sampling & Geochemistry Mapping and sampling of the Knolls revealed several structures with calcite, silicification, iron oxides, and galena, with trends similar to those found in the other mineralized areas nearby. Some of these structures are WNW-trending, similar to those at King s Canyon gold deposit. Geochemical samples from Thompson Knolls contain up to 0.77 g/t Au, 53.5 g/t Ag, 5.85% Pb, 0.63% Zn, 50 ppm Cu, 2020 ppm As, 166 ppm Sb, 89 ppm Mo, 7.6 ppm Tin, 1.78 ppm Tellurium, and up to 123 ppm Bismuth (porphyry geochemical indicator) at Thompson Knolls 18

21 High Grade Gold-Copper Intersected in Previous Drilling on TK Property A high-grade gold and copper zone was discovered in RC hole CKC by Centurion Mines in the Discovery Knoll target area. A 30 foot thick zone of gold mineralization was found at depths of feet, assaying 0.24 oz/ton Au and 2.3 oz/ton Ag. A copper-silver zone was found in the same hole at feet, containing 0.28% Cu and 2.9 oz/ton Ag. The highest grade interval assayed oz/ton gold over a 10 foot thickness. Five close-spaced vertical drillholes and one angled hole around hole 10 did not extend the high-grade gold mineralization horizontally outward. The gold could be steeply-dipping in a fault zone that was missed by the step-outs. The coppersilver zone did spread out laterally, noted in holes peripheral to hold CKC Copper and minor gold mineralization was found in the six step-out holes, suggesting possible oxide porphyry copper-silver mineralization. If porphyry copper- or other gold-copper replacement mineralization is present, the great bulk of this could lie northward toward the magnetic high anomaly. This Porphyry target is large enough to hold a significant copper-gold deposit. A second target area is present SW of drillhole CKC-96-10, marked by a gravity high in the 2015 ground gravity survey. 21

22 Two Targets Warrant Further Investigation 1. Porphyry / Skarn Target: Geophysical signatures within and near the broad magnetic high in the central property area are suggestive of the presence of porphyry and/or skarn base and precious metals mineralization. Two core holes have been recommended to test this 2 by 1.6 mile area. The depth to the target is unknown, but could be as shallow as 300 feet. The 1996 drillholes at Discovery Knoll suggest the potential for manto/replacement or porphyry-style gold, copper and silver mineralization the property. It is almost completely untested by drilling. No holes have been drilled into the main Porphyry copper-gold-silver target area. 2. Discovery Knoll gold target: The Discovery Knoll gold target area, located around hole CKC-96-10, shows high-grade gold mineralization in a RC drill hole that returned the highest grade gold intercept reported in this part of Utah, with a 30 foot intercept that assayed 0.24 oz/ton Au and 2.3 oz/ton Ag. Six subsequent RC step-out holes suggested that the gold mineralization may be structurally controlled in a NW-trending fault system. This WNW-trending target zone could be up to 6 km long and 600 m wide. It has potential to yield a large gold deposit. Drillhole CKC-96-8 suggests the potential presence of stratabound, disseminated Carlin-style gold mineralization, as a 140-foot thick interval of low-grade gold mineralization was assayed by Centurion in this drillhole. No holes were drilled in 1996 to follow up on this target. Three inclined core holes, drilled perpendicular to the dominant WNW structural direction, have been recommended to test for continuations of the gold-silver and copper-silver-gold mineralization found in the original drillholes. 22
