1 GENEAL NOTES FO THE YODOCK 2001M WITH STEEL AIL KIT THE LONGITUDINAL TAFFIC BAIE SYSTEMS PESENTED ON THIS STANDAD DAWING (INDEX) AND THE LABEL YODOCK AE POPIETAY DESIGNS BY YODOCK WALL COMPANY AND AE MAKETED UNDE THE TADE NAME YODOCK BAIE. THIS INDEX POVIDES GENEAL SCHEMATICS AND INFOMATION NECESSAY TO FIELD IDENTIFY THE WATE FILLED POLYETHYLENE SEGMENTAL BAIE MODULE (ENEGY DISBUSEMENT CELL) AND THE MODULE FAME AND BASIC CONNECTIONS, BUT DOES NOT IDENTIFY THE INCOPOATION OF THE MODULES AND THE FAME CONNECTIONS INTO A WHOLE SYSTEM. ANY USE OF THE YODOCK BAIE MUST BE IN ACCODANCE WITH DETAILS ON THE PLANS O BY SHOP DAWING APPOVAL O BY THE ESIDENT ENGINEE IN ABSENCE OF PLAN DETAIL. THE MODEL 2001M BAIE SYSTEM IS APPOVED FO USE ON HIGHWAYS WITH DESIGN SPEEDS < 45 MPH. THE YODOCK LONGITUDINAL TAFFIC BAIE SYSTEM CAN BE USED ONLY IN A STAND-ALONE SYSTEM. Ie. NOT CONNECTED TO OTHE TYPES OF BAIE SYSTEMS. THE YODOCK LONGITUDINAL TAFFIC BAIE SYSTEM MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF SEVEN (7) LONGITUDINALLY CONNECTED MODULES IN ADVANCE OF LENGTH OF NEED: IN NO CASE CAN THE LONGITUDINAL UN OF BAIE BE LESS THAN 25 MODULES. THE YODOCK LONGITUDINAL TAFFIC BAIE SYSTEM MUST BE PLACED ON A COSS SLOPE NOT EXCEEDING 1:10, AND LOCATED TO POVIDE A DEFLECTION DISTANCE BETWEEN THE SYSTEM AND HAZADS IN ACCODANCE WITH THE OFFSET AND DEFLECTION TABLE. YODOCK MODEL 2001M BAIE WITH STEEL AIL KIT weights: Full: 970 lbs. Empty: 305 lbs. THE YODOCK 2001M WITH STEEL AIL KIT IS FEE STANDING AND MUST BE PLACED ON A CONCETE O ASPHALT FOUNDATION. THE FOUNDATION MUST NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE UNDEMINED BY WATE O EOSION O SLIDE. TAFFIC CONTOL DEVICES AND BAIES AT INTESECTIONS MUST POVIDE SIGHT DISTANCES FO THE OAD USE TO PECEIVE POTENTIAL CONFLICTS TO TAVESE THE INTESECTION SAFELY. DESIGN NOTES FO THE YODOCK 2001M WITH STEEL AIL KIT SYSTEMS INCLUDED IN ANY MAINTENANCE OF TAFFIC PLAN WILL EQUIE DETAILED LOCATION AND PLACEMENT INFOMATION. CUENTLY THE DEPATMENT DOES NOT ECOGNIZE OTHE POPIETAY ITEMS AS BEING EQUALLY SUITABLE ALTENATIVES TO THE YODOCK BAIE, AND UNTIL SUCH ALTENATIVES AE AVAILABLE, THE YODOCK BAIE NEED NOT BE BID AGAINST OTHE POPIETAY ITEMS. DAWN: evision 10. THE YODOCK 2001M BAIES HAVE BEEN TESTED TO NCHP 350 TL-3 (62 MPH) AT A 25 ANGLE OF IMPACT. DO NOT SCALE DAWING ECO Date ev By Chk. DAWING: EV: ENG-FE-048 ev E, 1/22/2016
