4 Hugh M. (Mac) Balkam, President/Ceo, Director Mr. Balkam was with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police for 13 years, many of those involved in the investigation of stock market related fraud. In 1981, he resigned to become a financial consultant with a major brokerage firm, where he managed investments for retail clients. Since 2004, Mr. Balkam has been involved in raising venture capital and consulting for junior mining companies. Mr Balkam joined the Board of Directors and became CEO of Eskay Mining Corp during the fourth quarter of He holds a BA from the University of Toronto. Carmelo Marrelli, Chief Financial Officer Mr. Marrelli serves as the Corporation s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Marrelli holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and is qualified as a Chartered Accountant and as a Certified General Accountant in Canada. 5 Charles Greig, M.Sc., P.Geo. Charlie Greig is a geologist with over thirty years of experience in the exploration industry. His main area of expertise is in geologic mapping, particularly as it applies to mineral exploration, and he has worked on exploration projects from grass-roots to development. Charlie has mapped, or worked on, a number of projects which have subsequently been put into production, including La India in Mexico (Grayd Agnico Eagle), Wolverine in Yukon (Atna-Westmin, Yukon Zinc), Alamo Dorado in Mexico (Corner Bay-Pan American Silver), and Bisha in Eritrea (Nevsun). He has also worked on a number of advanced exploration projects which are not yet mines, but which have either reached an advanced stage of exploration, are in development, or have had a significant history of mining. These include: Brucejack Lake (Pretivm), Asmara (Emba Derho, Adi Nefas, and Debarwa, for Sunridge Gold), Red Mountain (Lac Minerals, Seabridge), Casino (Western Copper and Gold), and Silbak Premier-Big Missouri (Westmin, Ascot Resources). One of Charlie s recent exploration successes is the discovery of GT Gold s Saddle South gold zone. Tom was formerly the Chief Geophysicist for Newmont Mining (worldwide) and Normandy Mining (Australia and worldwide) Andrew Mitchell, B.Sc., P.Geo. Andrew Mitchell is a geologist who has been actively engaged in mineral exploration for nearly 10 years. He has been involved in exploration projects from grass roots through to development. Andrew worked for much of this time with Archer, Cathro and Associates Ltd., where he spent his field seasons mapping and running drill programs in the Yukon and northern BC. He is currently the Project Manager at SSR Mining s SIB property, where 9,334 m of diamond drilling was completed in 2017 (optioned from Eskay Mining Corp). He has been involved in a number of exploration projects that that include ATAC Resources Tiger Deposit and Carlintype prospects, and Rockhaven Resources Klaza Deposit. He was also project geologist on a number of early stage drill programs for Strategic Metals Ltd. Neil Prowse, M.Sc. Neil Prowse is a geologist who has worked in the exploration industry for almost 10 years, and in a variety of exploration programs ranging from grass roots through to advanced drilling programs. Neil received his Master s Degree in geology from Carleton University in He was a key member of the exploration team on the 2017 SIB drill program, being involved in pre-season planning, core logging and post-season interpretation. Neil was also the lead GIS specialist on the SIB program. He has worked with C.J. Greig & Associates in various capacities since 2009.

9 SSR Mining has elected to proceed with the second year of their option agreement with Eskay Mining. SSR Mining has the option to earn a 51% undivided interest in the property by spending an aggregate of $11.7 million in exploration expenditures over three years, with an option to earn a further 9% undivided interest by either delivering a preliminary economic assessment or completing an aggregate of 23,000 meters of diamond drilling (See April 26 th, 2017 news release).

10 The 2017 Drill program on the SIB Property was designed to test the footwall of the Coulter Creek Thrust Fault (CCTF) for prospective Eskay Creek stratigraphy and precious metals enriched VMS mineralization. Footwall drillholes collared into Bowser Lake Group sedimentary rocks, continued through Salmon River formation volcanic and sedimentary rocks (Eskay Creek deposit host rocks) and terminated in Betty Creek formation volcanic rocks. Two additional holes were drilled in the hanging wall to test for a possible extension of LULU Zone Au-rich VMS occurrence. Hanging Wall Footwall CCTF

Target generation for the 2018 summer drill program at the SIB property is currently underway. It will systematically test the extensive and favourable Eskay stratigraphy to the west and south of the 2017 drill area for precious metals enriched VMS mineralization.

16 The remainder of the large land package outside of the SIB option is referred to as the as the Corey property. Much of the property remains relatively under-explored and a number of excellent exploration targets remain: 1) precious metal-enriched VMS; 2) high-grade Au-Ag sulphide-sulphosalt veins; 3) high-grade Brucejack-type Au-Ag vein systems; and 4) magmatic nickel-copper-pge bearing mafic-ultramafic intrusive rocks. The better-known targets on the Corey Property are described in detail, and a list of assay highlights from other earlier-stage mineral occurrences is provided in the following slides.

Red Lightning Showing Magmatic Ni-Cu: First discovery of Ni-Cu Sulfide mineralization on Corey Property. Drilling in 2008 intersected 20.4 m of semi-massive sulphides grading 0.79% copper, 0.42% nickel, 0.08% cobalt, 0.01 g/t platinum, 0.1 g/t palladium and 0.8 g/t gold, including a 10 m wide massive sulphide horizon yielding 1.03% copper, 0.55% nickel, 0.1% cobalt, 0.16 g/t platinum, 0.15 g/t palladium and 1.1 g/t gold. Big Red Showing Porphyry Broad area of gossanous outcrop, likely associated with a large Au-Cu porphyry system, along trend of the KSM porphyry deposits. Rock samples yielded up to 4.1 g/t Au and 0.05% Cu. Very little work has been done in this area and has never been drill tested.

19 Jeff Zone The Jeff zone covers a 1.5 km long north trending gold, silver, arsenic, antimony and mercury soil anomaly overlying Eskay Rift associated stratigraphy. Historical drilling at the Jeff Zone encountered pathfinder geochemistry, alteration and mineralization within both footwall volcanic rocks and stratiform mudstone horizons, similar to that of the Eskay Creek Deposit. Footwall mineralization consists of anastomosing veins, masses and disseminations of sulphide: pyrite, pyrrhotite, with lesser zinc, galena and chalcopyrite. Late quartz-carbonate veins containing cinnabar and stibnite are found locally. Stratiform mineralization comprises redbrown sphalerite, galena, and specs of electrum and/or native silver in quartz-carbonate stringers. The best drill results from vein-style mineralization, likely associated with a feeder structure of a VMS system, averaged g /t gold and g /t silver over 4.00 m. VMS-style (stratiform) mineralization was cut in two holes, which returned grades of up to g/t gold and 53.3 g.t silver over 0.98 m and 1.05 g/t gold, 29.1 g/t silver over 5.53 m, including 2.44 g/t gold, 54.0 g/t silver over 1.28 m. 22 TV Zone The zone covers a 1.2 km long north trending gold-in-soil anomaly above favourable Eskay Creek stratigraphy. Historical drilling cut Eskay-style footwall and stratiform mineralization. The discordant zone is strongly silicified, pyritiferous, and up to 60 m wide. The best assays from the discordant zone were 1.79 g/t gold and 32.1 g/t silver over m, while stratiform mineralization yielded broad intervals of up to 1.28 g/t gold and 28.1 g/t silver over m, with high grade intervals of up to g/t gold and 70.6 g/t silver over 1.00 m. The stratiform mineralization is open along strike and at depth. 25 C10 The C10 zone is defined by a broad gold soil anomaly that encompasses a semi-continuous and variably high grade gold trend outlined by previous drilling. Previous workers suggest the C10 Zone may represent a feeder zone below a VMS deposit, as it is hosted within highly prospective Eskay Rift related lithologies. Previous drilling intersected 99.4 g/t Au and 28.1 ppm Ag over 1.5 m in discordant VMS feeder style veins, indicating a high grade Au mineralizing system. It is recommended that additional geophysics and soil sampling be conducted to compliment the existing data, and additional drilling should be planned pending the results of these surveys. 28 GFJ Zone The GFJ zone comprises a lode gold vein occurrence up to 750 metres in length and ranges from 0.5 to 1 metre in width. Mineralization is found within a shallowly-dipping shear-controlled pyritic quartz vein, consisting of banded quartz, chlorite, pyrite, arsenopyrite and possibly tetrahedrite, with reports of native gold. A chip sample across the vein returned up to g/t gold over 1.00 m. Several separate veins ranging from 15 to 80 cm and 10 to 50 cm in width extend over 90 to 110 m strike lengths graded up to 33.7 g/t and 46.4 g/t gold. This showing has never been drill tested. 30 Red Lightning The Red Lightning Zone hosts magmatic nickelcopper-rich mineralization associated with a relatively small-sized body of tholeiitic basalt/gabbro. The first significant magmatic nickel copper-rich massive sulphide system in the Golden Triangle was discovered by Garibaldi Resources in 2017, at their E&L Deposit, located approximately 20 km to the northwest. A northwesterly trending nickel-, copper-, silver-, cobalt-in-silt anomaly extends from the Red Lightning Zone towards the E&L Deposit, which opens up approximately 15 km of very prospective ground for additional magmatic nickel-copper-rich discoveries. 11 diamond drill holes tested Red Lightning. 33 Brucejack-Style Conceptual Target Recent mapping has confirmed that the stratigraphic units which host many of the occurrences on Pretium s Brucejack property are exposed at North Mitchell, including key units that are common to and host mineralization at VOK and other occurrences. Locally pervasive quartz-sericite-pyrite (qsp) alteration is found at lower stratigraphic levels and is associated with local gold-bearing veining; to date the veins have only returned anomalous grades. Given the association with common qsp alteration of lower Hazelton Group rocks, and given its general spatial association with both the Brucejack trend and with the northeast trend marked by the Au-rich Cu porphyries at Kerr, Sulphurets, Mitchell, and Iron Cap on Seabridge s property, as well as with the emerging discovery of extensive Au and Au-Cu mineralizing systems still farther northeast on Tudor Gold s Treaty Creek property, the conceptual North Mitchell target is truly compelling.

35 Eskay Creek, Porphyry and Epithermal Potential: Virginia Lake, Battlement, Bench, South Unuk, Angela Creek, Golf Course, Smitty, C10, Cumberland, HSOV and Spearhead showings host favourable Eskay Stratigraphy with gold and silver soil and silt anomalies with elevated Eskay-type (As, Sb, Hg) pathfinder elements. TM, GFJ, Double Mac, C10, Tet and Eva Creek showings host high grade vein-style mineralization. Only a few showings have seen first pass drill testing and the holes completed were shallow. Below is a list of assay highlights from rock samples collected from surface a these showings. All showings warrant additional follow up exploration. 36 SIB Property: Target generation for the 2018 summer drill program at the SIB property is currently underway. It will systematically test the extensive and favourable Eskay stratigraphy to the west and south of the 2017 drill area for precious metals enriched VMS mineralization. Corey and Mitchell North Block: A detailed review of all historical data collected from Eskays extensive land package, including occurrences such as TV, Jeff, C10, GFJ and Red Lightning is currently underway. This review is intended to help focus field-based follow-up that will generate specific drill targets. The fieldwork will likely consist of geological mapping, prospecting, geochemical sampling and local ground geophysical surveying, with drilling to follow, either later on in the 2018 field season, or in The compilation is being undertaken by geologists Andrew Mitchell, Neil Prowse, and Arron Albano, under the supervision of Charlie Greig of C.J.
