4 Hugh M. (Mac) Balkam, President/CEO, Director Mr. Balkam was with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police for 13 years, many of those involved in the investigation of stock market related fraud. In 1981, he resigned to become a financial consultant with a major brokerage firm, where he managed investments for retail clients. Since 2004, Mr. Balkam has been involved in raising venture capital and consulting for junior mining companies. Mr. Balkam joined the Board of Directors and became CEO of Eskay Mining Corp during the fourth quarter of He holds a BA from the University of Toronto. Carmelo Marrelli, Chief Financial Officer Mr. Marrelli serves as the Corporation s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Marrelli holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and is qualified as a Chartered Accountant and as a Certified General Accountant in Canada. In addition to acting as the Corporation s Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Marrelli has been a principal of Marrelli Support Services Inc., a firm providing administration services to Canadian public companies, since February, 2009 and, prior to February, 2009, a partner with Marrelli & Drake Corporate Services (formerly Duguay & Ringler Corporate Services) (a firm providing administration services to Canadian public companies). Mr. Marrelli also serves as the Chief Financial Officer of several publicly-listed junior mining companies and as a director of Odyssey Resources Limited (TSX-V: ODX). Bill Johnstone, Corporate Secretary Mr. Johnstone has been a partner at Gardiner Roberts LLP since February, 2005, practising in the areas of securities and corporate law. He is the practice leader of the firm s securities law group. Mr. Johnstone has been practising law for over 30 years. Simon Learmouth, Corporate Communications and Development Mr. Learmouth has over 35 years experience in the Canadian equity markets and brings a wealth of experience and contacts to Eskay Mining. 5 Charles Greig, M.Sc., P.Geo. Charlie Greig is a geologist with over thirty years of experience in the exploration industry. His main area of expertise is in geologic mapping, particularly as it applies to mineral exploration, and he has worked on exploration projects from grass-roots to development. Charlie has mapped, or worked on, a number of projects which have subsequently been put into production, including La India in Mexico (Grayd Agnico Eagle), Wolverine in Yukon (Atna-Westmin, Yukon Zinc), Alamo Dorado in Mexico (Corner Bay-Pan American Silver), and Bisha in Eritrea (Nevsun). He has also worked on a number of advanced exploration projects which are not yet mines, but which have either reached an advanced stage of exploration, are in development, or have had a significant history of mining. These include: Brucejack Lake (Pretium), Asmara (Emba Derho, Adi Nefas, and Debarwa, for Sunridge Gold), Red Mountain (Lac Minerals, Seabridge), Casino (Western Copper and Gold), and Silbak Premier-Big Missouri (Westmin, Ascot Resources). One of Charlie s recent exploration successes is the discovery of GT Gold s Saddle South gold zone. Tom Weis, Chief Geophysicist Tom Weis has 37 years of geophysical experience in the exploration, engineering and environmental industries worldwide. He is experienced in airborne, ground and borehole geophysical techniques. Tom was formerly the Chief Geophysicist for Newmont Mining (worldwide) and Normandy Mining (Australia and worldwide) Andrew Mitchell, B.Sc., P.Geo. Andrew Mitchell is a geologist who has been actively engaged in mineral exploration for nearly 10 years. He has been involved in exploration projects from grass roots through to development. Andrew worked for much of this time with Archer, Cathro and Associates Ltd., where he spent his field seasons mapping and running drill programs in the Yukon and northern BC. He is currently the Project Manager at SSR Mining s SIB property, where 9,334 m of diamond drilling was completed in 2017 (optioned from Eskay Mining Corp). He has been involved in a number of exploration projects that that include ATAC Resources Tiger Deposit and Carlintype prospects, and Rockhaven Resources Klaza Deposit. He was also project geologist on a number of early stage drill programs for Strategic Metals Ltd. Neil Prowse, M.Sc. Neil Prowse is a geologist who has worked in the exploration industry for almost 10 years, and in a variety of exploration programs ranging from grass roots through to advanced drilling programs. Neil received his Master s Degree in geology from Carleton University in He was a key member of the exploration team on the 2017 SIB drill program, being involved in pre-season planning, core logging and post-season interpretation. Neil was also the lead GIS specialist on the SIB program. He has worked with C.J. Greig & Associates in various capacities since 2009.

10 Red Lightning Zone: Confirmed by Dr. Peter Lightfoot to host a Ni-Cu magmatic system, which is highly prospective for producing Ni-Cu massive sulphides within it This area hosts a 15 km trend of encouraging Ni-Cu-Co-Ag silt anomalies and prospective geophysics (narrow magnetic highs which may represent mafic to ultramafic intrusions) The trend extends from Red Lightning to Garibaldi s high grade Ni-Cu-PGE discovery at their E&L prospect C10 / GFJ N

11 Red Lightning Zone: It is recommended that mapping, prospecting, and soil and silt sampling be carried out along the entire Ni-Cu trend. Prospecting will focus on mafic-ultramafic rocks and massive sulphides, which may be associated with Ni-Cu magmatic systems. Diamond drill holes are warranted at the C10 and GFJ zones to target untested IP anomalies outlined at depth.

12 TV-Jeff Zone Located 9 km south of Eskay Creek Mine within Eskay Rift Ssetting that hosts a 3.5 km trend of high gold-in-soil values with elevated pathfinder (As, Sb, Hg) support J91-7: Vein Hosted g/t Au g/t Ag J91-10: Mudstone hosted g/t Au 53.3 g/t Ag Hosted along the western limb of the TV Syncline within Eskay Rift Salmon River formation mafic and felsic volcanic and sedimentary rocks Jeff TV N Both zones host Au and Ag bearing feeder style veins and stratiform mineralization similar to Eskay Creek Has not seen systematic exploration since 1996 TV95_15: Mudstone Hosted g/t Au 32.1 g/t Ag

13 The Jeff Zone The Jeff Zone lies approximately 9 km north of the Eskay Creek Mine and consists of several high-grade intercepts in relatively shallow (< 300 m) drill holes. Significant mineralization is present in two forms: 1) discordant quartz-pyrite vein hosted Au, with grades up to g/t Au and 348 g/t Ag over 4.0 m; and 2) stratiform sulfides in thin mudstone horizons, grading up to g/t Au and 53 g/t Ag over 1.0 m. Jeff Zone geology is complex due to rapid lateral and down hole facies changes, along with numerous fault and shear zones offsetting known mineralization. Future exploration will be focused on stratiform mineralization, which is open at depth and to the east. J91-7: Vein Hosted g/t Au g/t Ag J91-10: Mudstone hosted g/t Au 53.3 g/t Ag N

15 TV Zone Mineralization Significant mineralization is present in two forms: 1) discordant quartz-pyrite vein hosted Au, with grades up to 2.22 g/t Au and 50 g/t silver over 22.1 m, including g/t Au and 213 g/t Ag over 1.60 m; and 2) stratiform sulfides in mudstone horizons, grading 1.79 g/t Au and 32 g/t Ag over m, with high grade intercepts of up to g/t Au and 71 g/t Ag over 1.00 m. Stratiform mineralization occurs along the western limb of a regional synclinal fold (TV Syncline), and conforms to a curved trace along a common plane (striking 280º and dipping 50º north). 18 HeliSAM Geophysical Survey The HeliSAM EM is a newly developed exploration geophysical survey method It combines a ground-based transmitter loop with an airborne receiver system that can be flown efficiently in mountainous terrain. It has the ability to image down to 1 km depth and can see conductive bodies beneath conductive cover. It s recommended that a deep-looking high resolution EM survey (HeliSAM) to be flown across the TV-Jeff trend and the TV Syncline, to help identify any conductive Eskay-style mineralization within the host Salmon River formation rocks. Proposed HeliSAM EM coverage area, with interpretation of property geology HeliSAM can image beneath conductive cover (Bowser Lake Group) and to depths of up to 1 km.

19 Big Red Zone: 3 Grab Samples Averaged: 0.27% Cu, 0.90 g/t Au and 4.3 g/t Ag, with the best sample grading 0.68% Cu, g/t Au and 6.2 g/t Ag Lies approximately 3.5 km south of the Red Lightning Zone; Covers an area of extensive ice cover with patches of outcrop hosting intense gossans consisting of porphyry-style mineralization and QSP alteration; Porphyry mineralization consists of massive pyrite+/-chalcopyrite veins with or without molybdenite envelopes A total of 61 grab samples taken from the Big Red Zone averaged 0.11% Cu, g/t Au, 1.8 g/t Ag and 0.035% Mo N

21 Big Red Zone: Detailed geological mapping and prospecting should be conducted in areas of receding ice. It is recommended that a 3D IP survey be established over the Big Red Zone to outline any porphyry-style mineralization at depth. Proposed IP/MT Survey Bounds Alternatively, a large MT survey is recommended at the Big Red, as MT has proven to outline porphyry-style mineralization at Seabridge s KSM and Iron Cap deposits and to identify Tudor Gold s Treaty Creek Showings at depth.
