3 Pg. 01 Page 1 The Richardson Base Metal Property is occupied by 2 lenses. The first of these sulphide VMS lenses are known to occupied the Richardson Ridge, and the other occupies the farm property. The Richardson Property is located on Lot 18, within the fifth concession of Madoc Township, Hasting County, Eldorado, Ontario, Canada. This property comprises of 100 acres ( sq ft, which is has two tiles, the first being 96 acres of farm land, and the second being 96 acres of Mineral rights. Acquisition of the property includes farm house, shed, barn plus mineral rights, Surface Rights, and Tree Rights. A new water generating power plant is in the mist of being built to provide economical hydro electrical power in Marmora, Ontario, Canada. In addition to this, the property includes the Richardson Base Metal Mine, The Wellington Base Metal Mine, Phoenix Gold Mine, United Gold Mine, the Kirkland Mine, and the Anglo Saxon Iron Mine. We are currently looking to do an option on the property first in getting more updated examinations at lower depths. Geology and Assays The Richardson Ridge is commonly known to be volcanic formation that was discovered within 1886 and had operated till It was later re-opened and examined by the Richardson Gold Mining Company in the 1880 s. A considerable quantity of free gold is known to occupy much of the whole entire formation that s heavily mineralized and Gossan Stained. Gold at the Richardson Property is known to occur within pockets or cavities which also contains copper (Cu), cobaltite (Co, silver (Ag), iron (Fe), Beryllium (Be),

4 Pg. 02 Page 2 Uranium (U), Yttrium (Y), Allanite (Al, Si), etc. All these minerals are known to be associated within the whole entire geological formation. This property is occupied by a gossan formation to its eastern side, and the greenstone is known to occupy the western side of the Richardson Ridge. In terms, the Richardson Ridge is commonly known to be hosted by epidotic, and chlorite gneiss, which is known to enclose a bed of seatitc schist, and is associated with a ferruginous dolomite. Much of the geology, and volcanics are known to be embedded within the dolomite formation. It s also commonly known to represent small irregular fragments in which break with a conchoidal fracture and presents a pitch-black color, and resinous luster. If heated in open air, its commonly known to readily ignite, and burns with little to no flame in which its known to leave a residue. Other areas which were assay had given grades between 24 to 50.8 grams per ton. Even the residue luster is commonly known to carry the gold within this deposit zone. Upon heating, the friable carbonate is also determined to be associated with ochrey iron oxide that s incrusted within the walls of the gold bearing pockets. A large quantity of other minerals is commonly also known to be within this deposit as it contains 33 indicated resources by bulk sampling. In regards to this, the ochrey iron oxide is commonly known to have also been a part of this formation in distributing a matrix in which these metals became chiefly disseminated in. The fractures which are associated with this geological formation are also determined to be within a fault as the other veins are found in the surrounding rock of the Richardson

5 Pg. 03 Page 3 Ridge. For the most part, the Richardson Ridge is also determined to be subdivided into contact formation as it changes from a gossan to an ochrey iron oxide gossan formation. Generally, these cavities are known to be derived from the decomposition of the surrounding dolomite that largely contributes to this formation. Indicated resources, along with assays are provided from the SGS Canada s Inc. laboratories which includes 33 listed minerals/metals taken from different sections of the Hardin Shaft. Arsenic is also associated with the Orchrey Iron Oxide Gossan formation, and red chert with an altered lignite. Gold (50.8 g/t) associations are also present within this formation along with silver (200 g/t) values, and other minerals. Arsenic (1,200 g/t) is commonly known to be associated within this formation also, and is considered to carry silver, cobalt (300 g/t), and nickel (300 g/t) values. Uraninite also contributes to this deposit as it forms with the Arsenic with minor amounts of pyrite. It s also commonly known to come into association with cassiterite that s found within the hydrothermal sulphide VMS. Allanite along with uraninite is also known for contributing several secondary Rare Earth Elements such as columbite-tantalum, yttrium (10 grams tonne), and uranium (400 grams a tonne). Two lenses are also known to occupy the area which are determined as the Richardson Ridge, and the Farm Land Zone. These are also occupied by two faults known as the Moira River fault, and the Lake Ontario Fault at 200 (60.96 m). These

8 Pg. 06 Page 6 Orogeny of the Grenville Province (Richardson Base Metal Mine) The Richardson Gold Mine is commonly known to date back to the Grenville Orogeny Province, which it deformation was formed at about 1,000 million years ago. Much of the geological concepts within the Grenville Orogeny province is considered to be an important province in regard to Archean and Paleozoic Rocks. Within the Grenville province the rock are commonly known to be Archean and Aphebian, in addition to rocks of Helikian age that have shown to effect the Grenville Orogeny. For the most part, Archean rock types are not only in the Superior Province, but are also known to occupy the Grenville Province, and other shields of the world that are characterized as Greenstone Belts. Greenstone belts are commonly known to have undergone a succession of volcanics, and sedimentary rocks, which are very common. In addition to Archean Age, the rocks of Aphebian are considered to be one of the oldest types of geosynclines which are recognized. Some of the oldest rock types which are associated with aphebian age are known to included sequences of quartzite, dolomite, and limestones, which were deposited elongate troughts at the margin of the Archean Continents. These rock types are also known to commonly included high-grade iron deposits, which were mainly mined in Quebec, Canada. Iron is also known to occur in sedimentary units called iron formations. Iron formations are also determined to consist of alternating beds of Red Chert Jasper, and an iron oxide of either magnetite or hematite.

9 Pg. 07 Page 7 Helikian Rocks are highly known as irregular trends of structures within the Grenville Province of the shield. These geological structure formations are mainly considered to be subjects to many episodes of deformation by forces acting successfully in different direction. Much of the rocks which occupy the Grenville Provinces are also known to have also been extremely change by metamorphism. The whole entire area of this province is also underlain by granitic gneiss, and only in a few place sedimentary rocks can be identified. In addition to this, the Grenville Group is strongly known to comprise of 6,000 m of marble, quartzite, and gneiss which is one of these sedimentary sequences. For the most part, these sedimentary rocks are of Helikian, but could also be older than that. When using a compass in certain areas its known to go off rapidly by metallic interferences. Even radioactive are considered to also go off at a rapid rate in certain areas when using a Geiger for readings. A study was made I 1991, which was done in order to conclude if the Eldorado area was economical for its Copper-Lode Potentials. These indications had rather gave off 550 to 799 ppm in gold per ton that was done by a geologist in certain areas. For the most part, this area is rather known to be completely on private property with only very little claims for staking. According to reports from 1991, it was also stated that 4 contiguous claims could only be stake around Eldorado, Ontario, Canada. Some of these tests were being done to the north of the present old mines which are all situated on private property.

To the east of the former Richardson gold mine. History of Sampling and Production Only samples were shipped while the ore was stockpiled. Did not achieve production stages. Stockpile still remains. An incline shaft was sunk to a depth of 105 feet which had exposed one lode from 4inches to 6 feet. Branches and Feeders are known to also outcrop on the surface at several different places. This had also resulted in sinking the Hardin Shaft to a depth of 35 feet which resulted in extending this operation for a distance of 60 feet east, and 40 feet west. Prior to this the mine had went under court battle due to investor issues, but was opened once again on June, 2 nd, Mining was continued for a short time period when operations became suspended due to mismanagement and thefts. Good results were obtained from this work but several miners had stolen the gold as payroll. A total of 300 tonnes was crushed, which returned $4.00 In gold (24 grams a ton). Another 50 tonnes of ore ore was taken from different parts of the mine which average between $9 to $20 per ton. Some of the best assay were also taken from the bottom of the mine.

11 Pg. 09 Page 9 Anglo Saxon Iron Mine (1900) Phoenix Gold Mine (1868 to 1869) Kirkland Gold Mine Fox Prospect (1867) Anglo Saxon Iron Mining Company - Phoenix Mining Company Gold prospect site operated by Lombart and Hardin. Production of Iron 10,000 tonnes on separate mine area. 5 blasts were done on the Phoenix Property, which exposed 6 feeders, and 1 tonne of stockpile ore that s still at the entrance of mine area. No ore was processed due to the possibility of financial matters. No Production Gold Pocket was discovered in this area but was not considered economical at the time. Shaft sunk to a depth of 30 feet roughly. This was also extended by a tunnel that ran for a distance of 10 feet. Wellington Metal Base Mine (1867) Wellington Copper Mining Company. The Wellington Mine had rather higher assays than that found in the Hardin Shaft area. Gold and Copper values were intersected at a distance of 70 feet from the Hardin Shaft. Mine area is commonly located on the west half of Lot 18, within the 5 th concession of Madoc Township. Development at the time was mainly done in order to develop and smelt the ore-bodies on 10 acres that occupies the Richardson Ridge. Most of this was done in preparation to marking the ore-bodies that were found. The property is rather situated on the west side of the Richardson Ridge, and is a continuation of a quartzlead vein that passes over the entire area for a strike length of 800 feet. Another quartz-lead vein is commonly known to pass through the whole entire Ridge, and maybe a possible continuation of several mies on the Moore Property. These include the Eldorado, Moore Mine, the Royal Canadian, and the Kootaney Mine. These are located to the East of the Richardson Farm, and are on Private Property. At one point in time these mines were commonly owned by the historical Union Mining Company

The Boreland and Willcox Mines are also situated on the Fox Property which is at the back of the Phoenix Gold Mine. The site is commonly known to be also on the same 800 ft lens as the Wellington Mine
