9 Farabantourou Project Barani East Resource Barani East mineral resource statement was made by Minxcon Consulting, November This resource statement was made in compliance with the specifications set out by the Canadian Code for reporting of resources and reserves as prescribed in the National Instrument Extensively drilled out by Hyundai and Desert Gold Initial indicated and inferred resources reported for Barani East The deepest intersect of mineralisation at Barani-East was made at a depth of 120m whilst the deepest end-of-hole reached 190m terminating within oxidised material, suggesting the oxidation zone may extend beyond 200m 9

Two domains identified - a main hanging wall domain and a secondary footwall domain NNE structures are mineralised in the hanging wall and show continuity along strike. 11

Assuming total volume 768,000 cu m in oxide at 1.7 density, possible tonnes of oxide at Barani is 1,305,600 with 62,971 oz. Au at 1.5 g/t Au average grade. 14
