He is a specialist in the use of wavelet processed data for project generation, and gas played a critical role in PD s ground selection efforts. Ian Hobson Chief Financial Officer Ian Hobson is a chartered accountant and a chartered secretary who has had 25 years experience in the profession, acts in various roles for various listed and unlisted entities, and specializes in transaction support, due diligence and prospectus preparation. Prior to commencing his own practice, Ian was a director at Ferrier Hodgson and prior to that at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mel Drummond Company Secretary Mel Drummond has held senior finance and administrative positions (including directorships) in both private and public companies in various business sectors, including mining, in the West Indies and Australasia. He has been responsible for the establishment and management of resources-linked companies in the DRC, Senegal, India and Mauritius and was closely involved with listings of local companies on the ASX, AIM and the TSX in recent years. 34 Predictore Technology- Intellectual property key terms Cote D Ivoire aeromagnetics Ausmodel Holds the intellectual property on behalf of four former pmd*crc partners and contracts to those partners to provide numerical modelling services to PD. Licence PD has an exclusive licence to use the pmd*crc numerical modelling technology outside of Australia after the Ausmodel arrangement has been activated. PD will pay an annual licence fee of $100,000 in advance after that date. In addition, PD is obliged to pay a minimum of $200,000pa for use of the numerical modelling technology during the licence phase (i.e. Prior to purchase of Ausmodel). Activation of Ausmodel arrangement The arrangement commences once PD has raised AUD2 million since the agreements were signed (in September 2008) as long as that occurs before 31 December 2010 Ausmodel purchase PD may purchase Ausmodel for AUD1M after it has raised an additional AUD20M as long as that has occurred before 31 December The Ausmodel owners have the right to seek a revaluation of the purchase price by an independent arbitrator (PD having the right to veto their choice of arbitrator) at their own cost. 34
