2 The European Perspective e in Regional Territorial ial Analysis and Policymaking Regions are no isolated entities. Regions can benefit from understanding the larger (European) territorial context because it adds to potential and sets preconditions for territorial development. ESPON has knowledge and tools to make the larger context operational for regions: Applied Research Scientific Platform Targeted Analysis The question is: how can regions use ESPON?
