34 Territorial Agenda as a Framework for Enabling Cooperation samples Next to the EU Urban Agenda, a national Urban Agenda is being developed in the Netherlands. The Dutch national government is developing city deals on different urban issues with cities. City Deals with cities and other stakeholders, as part of the Dutch Urban Agenda.
