1 Declaration of SVHC (173) / REACH Conformity We, APRO CO., LTD, Proclaim under our sole responsibility that all products produced and/or sold by APRO CO., LTD with the APRO -logo or trademark are in conformity with: The restriction of SVHC (Substances of Very High Concerns) in (EC) 1907/2006 (REACH Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals) regulated by the European Union. ( Number of Substances on the Candidate List: 173 (last updated: 2017/01/12) 173 substances listed in SVHC <0.1% by weight (1000ppm) Information on APRO s material components is partly on the basis of information provided by third parties and continues to take commercially reasonable steps to provide representative and precise information; however, destructive tests or chemical analysis on incoming material and chemicals may not have been conducted. Both APRO and its suppliers consider certain information to be proprietary, therefore, CAS numbers and other limited information are not available for release. APRO Policy APRO will continuously review the ECHA Candidate List for additions and updates, and act accordingly in compliance with REACH regulations. In the extremely unlikely situation that any APRO product is found to contain SVHCs of more than 1000 ppm 9 (<0.1%) by weight, APRO will comply with the notification procedures to the authorities and recipients required under REACH legislation. In the meantime, APRO will put our best efforts to update the design and eliminate the SVHC.
