Advanced Cable Ties is primarily a Downstream User as defined by the requirements of the European Union (EU) Regulation Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and restriction of Chemicals (REACH). Advanced Cable Ties will purchase raw materials from upstream suppliers that follow through with the final REACH registration. Advanced Cable Ties finished products (Nylon Fasteners) are defined as products that will not require registration under Article 7.1 of REACH. Be assured that Advanced Cable Ties will continue to monitor the REACH regulations for any new Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) that may be included in subsequent ECHA candidate lists. Advanced Cable Ties will compare any newly listed SVHC with the raw materials in our finished product and communicate this information to our customers.
