The biology work involved modification of gold, platinum, glass & polypropylene surface, attachment of linker, attachment of probe, hybridization and detection of efficiency of hybridization using phosphor imager The involves microwave assisted reactions. The solid supported microwave assisted reactions are utilized under a program "Houston Environmental Initiative."
