1 List of the Environment-Related s to be controlled by 1.Purpose 2.Scope Revised: 15th of March, 2018 This list is to define the substances that bans to contain in its products and production processes or control/decrease, and seek for the understanding of the company's suppliers how is handling hazardous chemical substances which is one of the main conditions of green purchasing. All the items supplied from suppliers to. 3.Substnces to be banned, managed and reduced 1)Target substances The substances on the "List of the Environment-Related s to be controlled by." The list is subject to changes according to applicable legislative changes, therefore it is recommended to refer to the latest version all the time. 2)Criteria for judgment Criteria for judgment are as per the standards of handling shown in the "List of the Environment-Related s to be controlled by." 3)Corresponding divisions "List of the Environment-Related s to be controlled by " is consist of the following categories: Banned bans to contain or use the substances under this category for any of products. The use of the substances is either banned or limited by applicable legislations. 4.Operation Managed The substances under this category require proactive management such as content control, evaluations such as diffusion evaluation, or reduction.(<control/ban*> Basically banned to use for the electrical and electric products exported to the European market (or the maximum is defined). ) Cut/Banned* The substances under this category are basically banned to be used for electrical and electric products exported to Europe (maximum is defined). 1)"List of Environment-Related s to be controlled by " 1.The result of confirmation of "List of Environment-Related s to be controlled by " shall be attached to the products which require the exchange of delivery specification. 2.For the products which do not require the exchange of delivery specification, the suppliers of applicable items have to use the list as required. 2) Management Requests for the suggestions of alternative substance (for control) requests its suppliers to propose measures to replace existing substances with safer substances, and keep the price unchanged by using different materials, reviewing specifications(consolidation of colors, sizes, etc.), and revising delivery lot.
