INVESTMENT HIGHLIGHTS 1 Canadian-based gold exploration company with a drill ready project in Western Australia and an executed sale agreement on the Mangalisa gold-uranium project in South Africa. Executed sale agreement with Castlehill Trading CC, a private energy investment company based in Johannesburg, for the purchase of Superior s ownership in Mangalisa. Entered into a heads of agreement to earn a 51% interest in the Redcastle gold property in the Leonora-Laverton district of Western Australia in the highly prospective Yilgarn Craton region. Redcastle includes 13 prospecting licenses covering 24 km 2 close to major mining operations such as the Minara Nickel Operation, some 15 km to the north, and Barricks Granny Smith gold mine some 50 km to the east. Completed soil gold geochemistry sampling and assaying over Redcastle property, in December 2012 with infill sampling in anomalous areas completed in February 2013. Completed first phase drilling on northern part of Redcastle property through transported overburden with anomalous gold assayed, generating targets for Phase 2 drilling to depth. Completed second phase drilling to test bedrock interface, targeting the gold anomalies generated from the soil and drilling program completed in December 2012 and February 2013, respectively. Highly experienced management team and directors.

4 CORPORATE STRATEGY Focus on advancing the Redcastle property in West Australia to define a mineral resource. Completed interpretive geology mapping on Redcastle property. Completed two soil geochemistry sampling exploration programs for gold on the Redcastle property during December 2012, with infill sampling completed in February 2013. Completed first phase of shallow drilling on the northern part of the Redcastle property during February 2013, with anomalous gold values intercepted. Completed about 1,400 m of Phase 2 drilling on the Redcastle property targeting up to 50 m depth; awaiting assay results. SUI will continue evaluating new opportunities for Company growth. Return value to shareholders through exploration advancement.
5 Redcastle Joint-Venture Property Located approximately 300 km by road from Kalgoorlie, in the Leonora-Laverton district in the highly prospective Yilgarn Craton region of Western Australia. 13 granted prospecting licenses covering 24 km 2 over the goldmineralized greenstone belt in the Eastern goldfields of the Yilgarn Craton. The property was previously held by a now-deceased prospector for over 20 years, who made a living from the alluvial gold on the property. No in-ground, hard-rock exploration has been carried out. Close to major mining operations such as the Minara Nickel Operation, some 15 km to the north, and Barricks Granny Smith gold mine located about 50 km to the east.
6 Redcastle Property Joint-Venture Earn-in The property is owned by Reinhold Resources Pty Ltd., a private company based in Kalgoorlie. Redcastle Property comprises 13 granted prospecting licenses covering 24 km 2. Heads of agreement signed on May 4, 2012 with Reinhold Resources for Superior Mining to earn-in a 51% interest in the Redcastle Project. Under the terms of the agreement, Superior must commit to exploration expenditures of AUD$200,000 on the project within 24 months from the date of execution. Two drilling programs already completed. SUI on track to earn 51% during 2014, once sale proceeds of Mangalisa have been received.
Prolific Gold District 7 The Redcastle property is located in the Yilgarn Craton region, which is host to many multi-million ounce gold deposits. 30% of the world s known gold reserves are located in the Yilgarn Craton area. The property lies within the Murrin-Margaret area, which is a terrane of low strain greenstones and granitoids bounded by the Keith-Kilkenny lineament to the west and the Laverton Tectonic Zone to the east. Gold mineralization in the region is mostly associated with weathered sulphide-bearing quartz veins discontinuously developed in distinct shear or fault zones. No systematic exploration has been undertaken by previous operators, presenting SUI with a unique opportunity to carry out virgin exploration in a strategic location.
Soil Gold Geochemistry 8 Geological mapping and preliminary interpretation over the Redcastle already completed. Soil sampling completed with numerous soil gold anomalies to drill targets - 319 samples obtained on 200 m by 200 m grid pattern and 25 m by 25 m grid pattern. The most significant result received is 102 ppb gold supported by 11 ppb some 280 m to southeast. These two values straddle a NW-trending porphyry dyke up to 100 m wide and 500 m long. Porphyries are well known in the area to contain gold mineralization. Completed follow-up infill soils geochemistry sampling over area of highly anomalous (102 ppb) gold anomaly over porphyry from the with sample RP399 assaying 208 ppb. Shallow Phase 1 drilling completed in February 2013 in the northern part of the property, with anomalous gold values intercepted.
9 Redcastle Phase 1 Drilling Gold Geochemistry Shallow Phase 1 drilling completed in the northern area of Redcastle through a layer of transported overburden masking the area to bedrock intersected anomalous gold values on the western portion of the drilled area. 10 Economic Potential of Redcastle The Redcastle project lies in a much sought-after area, where many gold and nickel discoveries have been made. Considerable gold remobilization has occurred with depletion of gold from the laterite surface to a depth of approximately 8 to 15 m. Supergene enrichment has occurred, resulting in development of nuggets and rich supergene gold that has been previously mined in the area. Much of the area s early mining selectively targeted material containing these supergene-enriched quartz veins, which were mined from between approximately 10 to 20 m below the Tertiary laterite surface, or down to 11 m below the present surface. Thus, there is potential on the Redcastle property to discover shallow oxide mineralisation that can be easily mined by open cut methods due to the rare situation in which the ground has only been worked for alluvial gold deposits. Adequate unencumbered surface exists on the property to be developed for a gold mine. The project lies 62 km east-southeast of Leonora and 15 km due south of the Minara Nickel Operation. Access is from the Leonora to Laverton paved and sealed road 60 km east of Leonora and then 25 km south via the old Mt Burgess Mining - Butcher well-graded haul road that runs 5 km to the east of the Project.
