1 Summary IT series infrared thermometer has the same optical axis on the measurement and collimation. For satisfying the different requirements of customers, the meter can be segmented between 300 and 3000 discretionally. Because of using SMT on the part of circuit transformation and MCU on the part of data processing, the accuracy and Repeatability can be guarantee better. Especially, the meter is suit to locomotors objects, electriferous conductors vacuum environment or other objects that have special request to be non-contact measured. The measure is without influence to the temperature field. And clean the lens surface of the thermometer regularly (using lens paper or soft cloth, wipe carefully and do not hurt the lens); (2) When the thermometer is not used, cut off the power and cover the lens saving in the dry and clean circumstances (3) The malfunction causing by quality problem of products,free repair within 12 month after leave the factory Repair lifetime 7 Notices (1) When setup the thermometer,the light axis must be vertical to the object, otherwise will causing measuring error (2) The effective distance of laser aim is no more than0.3m (3) The thermometer has good response speed and good sensitivity, when the heat source (object)is instable,it s normal that the display meter of thermometer will move up and down follow; (4) The thermometer needs fixed, avoiding vibration 8 Selection of infrared thermometer Confirming the range of measuring: The range of measuring is one of the thermometer s most important capability quota, every type of thermometer has each special range of temperature measuring. Narrower the thermometer s range is, the monitor temperature output signal resolution is higher, and the reliability is resolved easily. That the range is too wide will lower the accuracy of temperature measuring. Size of object: According to the principle of infrared thermometer, it s divided into homochrome infrared thermometer and bicolor infrared thermometer When using homochrome infrared thermometer, it s better that the area of object exceed the sight-field by 50% And to the small and moving or vibrant object, bicolor infrared thermometer is the best choice.

Distance coefficient(optical resolution):distance coefficient is the ratio of D (the distance between head and the object) and the diameter of the object. If the distance to the object is far, and the object is small, you should choose the high distance coefficient thermometer, on the other hand, you should choose low distance coefficient thermometer. Confirming response time::response time express the response speed that the infrared thermometer responses to the temperature being measured, defined as the time needed that arrive 95% of the last reading power It has relations with photo-electric detector, signal process circuit and the time constant of display system If the speed of moving object is very quick and measuring the object that heated quickly, you should choose the high-speed response infrared thermometer, otherwise, it won t achieve the enough signal response speed and will lower the measuring accuracy. But not all of applications need quick response infrared thermometer. To the quiescent object or the object that on the course of heat has heat inertia, the response time can be loosen. Therefore, the infrared thermometer s selection must be adapted to the state of the object. Confirming circumstance:the circumstance of the thermometer will affect the measuring result a lot., so the problem should be considered and be solved properly, otherwise, this will affect the accuracy of thermometer even damage the thermometer On the conditions of high temperature, existing dust, smoke and steam, you should choose the accessories supplied by factory such as protect cover, water-cool, air-cool, air-cool system, air-blow etc These accessories can solve circumstance influence effectively and protect the thermometer, realizing temperature measuring exactly. When choosing accessory, you should request standard service as far as possible to reduce the cost of setup. It would be the best to choose bicolor infrared thermometer on the conditions of smoke, dust or other situation that grain will lower the power of measuring signal. Also, on the conditions of noisy, electromagnetic field, shaking or the circumstance that difficult to be closed or other bad conditions, bicolor infrared thermometer is the best. On the conditions of bad and complex, choosing the system that the thermometer head and the monitor is divided is convenience to setup and equip. You should choose the signal modality that matching the control equipment actual Emissivity of material(emissivity):when there are many kinds of material measured and their emissivity is different, it s better to choose the infrared thermometer that the emissivity is adjustable.
