In accordance with the Metropolitan Council Environmental Services (MCES) Industrial Discharge Permit Number 2289, effective October 1, 2016 (MCES permit), this submittal documents the quality of water discharged from the groundwater pump and treat system owned by Canadian Pacific. Required information for the discharge is provided as follows: Attachment A - Sampling Results - SMR. Attachment 8 - Analytical data from for the August 2017 monthly sam piing event. Attachment C - Field Instrument ph Calibration Records Analytical results from the August 2017 sampling event 1 showed that the treated discharge water was in compliance with the MCES permit discharge limitations during this reporting period.
