/webapps/stusys/index.cfm/topic/main Flinders University Course Information The following is a list of Flinders University courses that are available to students. Students typically select undergraduate courses from these subjects in Levels 1, 2 and 3 (1XXX, 2XXX, 3 XXX) to receive equivalents. In looking up a course that does not yet have a equivalent Note: S1= Spring Semester at the website, enter the course (and number if known), then hit S2= Fall Semester CALENDAR for the description, and TIMETABLE for the semester it is offered. Courses which do not have an assigned equivalent must receive approval from the appropriate Mānoa department. A course description, along with a SAC Semester in Australia program brochure, must be presented to a qualified department chair or other faculty member. Once this is done, the Flinders courses with the respective equivalents should be listed in a memo addressed to the Study Abroad Center. Subjects offered include: AMST American Studies ARCH Archaeology ASST Asian Studies AUST Australian Studies BINF Bioinformatics BIOL Biology BUSN Business CHEM Chemistry COMP Computer Science CREA Creative Arts CRIM Criminal Justice CUTU Cultural Tourism DRAM Drama DSRS Disability and Rehabilitation Studies EASC Earth Sciences ECOT Ecotourism EDCT Curriculum and Teaching EDES Education Studies EDSP Special Education/ Disability Studies EDUC Education ENGL English ENGR Engineering ENVH Environmental Health ENVR Environmental Science ENVS Environmental Studies FACH Forensic and Analytical Chemistry FREN French GOEG Geography GLOB Globalisation HIST History HLED Health Education HLPE Health and Physical Education HLTH Health Sciences HUMN Humanities INST International Studies INTR International Relations ITAL Italian JUSS Justice and Society LAMS Latin American Studies LEGL Legal Studies LING Linguistics LLAW Law MATH Mathematics MDSC Medicinal Science MGRE Modern Greek MMED Medicine NANO Nanotechnology NURS Nursing NUTD Nutrition and Dietetics PHCA Primary Health Care PHIL Philosophy PHYS Physics POAD Policy and Administration POLI Politics, Public Policy PPHR Population and Human Resources PROF Professional Studies PSYC Psychology SCRN Screen Studies SERC Science and Engineering Research SOAD Social Administration/ Social Work SOCI Sociology: Work and Labour Relations SPAN Spanish SPTH Speech Pathology STAT Statistical Science STEP Science, Technology and Enterprise THEO Theology TOUR Tourism VISA Visual Arts WATR Water Management WMST Women s Studies
