Second Summer School of Astronomy IOTA / ME was held Tabriz city was host Second Summer School of Astronomy IOTA/ME (2014) entitled Semi-professional Astronomy with Small Telescopes in Tabriz, Iran from September 13 to 16.The first registration period, which lasted about a month, among 293 people, signed up and the forms provide preliminary information on personnel, were also required to fill in your section; Finally, due to the limited resources and the make appropriate scientific quality, 40 people were accepted to attend this school from the cities of Tehran, Karaj, Tabriz, Khoy, Mianeh, Khorramshahr, ShahinShahr, Nishapur, Babol, Varamin, Shiraz, Rasht, Maragha, Omidieh, Qom, Tehran, Shahr-e-Kord, Delijan, Nurabad Mamasani, Ajabshir, Dezful, Bane, Banab, Izmir. According to the schedule announced, the first day is devoted to visiting some of the many scenic areas in Tabriz and participants become familiar with each other and a bit of rest to prepare for the summer school. However, on the first day, Mr. Atila Peru (President of IOTA / ME) presented is an hour and a half lecture on Asteroid Survey, Model to Observation. The second morning, lectures attended by Amir Hassan'Zadeh began about Semiprofessional projects in Astronomy with Small Telescopes". The second lecture presented by Dr. Volkan Bakis (University of Antalya) about Spectroscopy, Theory and Observation. In the afternoon, Dr. Marjan Zakerin presented her content as Basics of Research in Astrobiology. The third day was spent very busy school schedule. Lecture entitled Survey of Solar Physics with Space and Small Telescope by Dr. Mohammad Javad Kalaee from Geophysics Institute of Tehran University. The first School was in the morning on Monday, September 15. The second presentation Dr. Volkan Bakis about the introduction and applications of new software designed by him and his other colleagues were particularly transits and eclipses. After lunchtime, a joint conference held between IOTA / ME and Ayaz Astronomical Society with entitled Seminar on Astronomy and Planetary Science. During that Mr. Koorosh Rokni, Dr. Mohammad Javad Kalaee, Dr. Mohammad Reza Norouzi, Dr. Marjan Zakerin, Dr. Volkan Bakis and Mr. Kambiz Khaleghi began to give lectures on various topics. This seminar was held with the aim of use of teacher in summer school in public sector of astronomy (amateur astronomers), especially astronomers in Tabriz. At the end of the day the school held, Dr. Mohammad Reza Norouzi presented fascinating lecture on the Amazing Lunar Surface for Small Telescope in the rest of the summer school. The fourth and last day of summer school was dedicated astronomy exoplanets. Initially, Mr. Koorosh Rokni (Iranian Space Agency) Explanations offered on the project Summer School, Then Mr. Jens Hoeijmakers (University of Leiden) and Mrs. Sarah Khalafi'Nejad (University of Hamburg) guests astronomy summer school, during a four-part article on Astrophysics Research, Exoplanets from Past to Present, Observation of Exoplanets and Tools 1

Needed providing attractive presentations were well received by the participants encountered. In the last lecture, Mr. Haji Mohammad Hassani presented Survey and Using of Kepler Space Telescope Data. Also on this day, an exhibition of lastly published books Iranian Young Scholar Club (IRYSC) was exhibited in school and Conference. The presence section second summer school of astronomy IOTA / ME finished with a certificate of attendance, all participants in case of successful presentation projects that are considered by the scientific committee for their school, will be successful by IOTA/ME and Observatory and University CAAM Turkey receive scientific certification Second Summer School of Astronomy IOTA / ME. Second Summer School of Astronomy IOTA / ME was held in partnership with Ayaz Astronomical Society, Iranian Space Agency (ISA), Iranian Young Scholar Club (IRYSC), International Astronomical Union (IAU), Observatory and University CAAM Turkey.
