Alluvium Consulting Australia Senior integrated water management specialist Position Description March 2018

Overview of Alluvium We are an employee-owned consulting firm founded in 2006 to provide advice to government and private organisations to issues facing our water resources, rivers and catchments. We believe the application of creative thinking, robust science, practical engineering and effective communications can address the complex and interrelated threats to our natural environment. Over the past 5 years we have increasingly become involved with urban water issues in terms of the impact on waterways but also integrated water management policy, planning and economics to enable better practice in the interaction between water and human health and well being. We work hard to differentiate our business and believe it is possible for a commercial organisation to measure its success by things other than profit alone. Our motivation is to create a business that can and will make a difference to the world in which we live. We invest heavily in an enabling culture, which removes barriers to creativity and freedom of thought and encourages people to develop as leaders throughout our business. Our culture, clients and technical focus allows us to attract and retain the best staff in the industry.
