P a g e 1 HOW THIS MAKEOVER WORKS FIRST: The way to begin your Makeover is by contemplating a list of things you want to accomplish (goals). SECOND: Think about what baby steps it will take to accomplish them. THIRD: Then write down a list of ten baby steps you want to achieve during the next four weeks towards reaching your goals. FOURTH: Working through this list over the next four weeks is done in EIGHT steps. The eight steps are divided between week 1, week 2, week 3 and week 4. At the end of the 4 th week you start considering the updates to carry over into your list of goals for the new makeover that starts the following week. As you reflect during the fourth week, you may see a different set of baby steps to take towards your goals.

P a g e 7 WHY THE NEW MOON? (IT S ALL ABOUT TIMING) As mentioned before, this is not a traditional makeover. It doesn t begin at the start of the month, and it doesn t last for 30-days. What s special about this makeover is that it s based on the lunar (moon) calendar, so we start during each New Moon The New Moon is traditionally a time of new beginnings and growth. WEEK ONE BEGINS AT THE NEW MOON The New Moon represents the start of the first week of our newest makeover period! The purpose is to make positive changes in your life in baby steps - that's why it's a four week ritual. It's a very powerful experience since you'll achieve your goals every four weeks! Your life will start to look and feel how you want because of this process. Your goals are normally not material in nature but represent personal growth and enrichment.

WEEK FOUR BEGINS AT THE LAST QUARTER MOON The Last Quarter Moon is focused on the review and readjustment of goals. We're using this week as a time of reflection.
