what project IIS_APP is and for whom is designed? project objectives: gather and present data on the extent and results of the archaeological study of Prague to experts and the wider public and make the management of archaeological heritage more efficient create a web interface for publishing special maps generally applicable to the archaeological records from the urban area of historic settlements link data from existing field registers (IDAV, ADC/AMCR, MADB, CZAD, etc.) in one unit and enable their advanced and contextualised use focus and target group of the project: SCIENCE CULTURAL HERITAGE EXPERTS WIDER PUBLIC at the latest 2017: praha archeologicka.cz; praha archeologicka.eu

project background: Prague archeology and its trend thickness, complexity and diversity of the stratigraphy and its evolution comprehensive, large and miscellaneous collection of archaeological movable and immovable cultural heritage; its significance is corresponding to the importance of Prague from its beginnings to modern times rescue excavations from the 20s of the 20th century, their density and the actual extent of investigated areas evidence of excavations, increasing number of field active institutions and totally marginal number of evaluated material
