It appears that the main focus of what most people think Ezekiel is about is all about his wheels.chapters 1 & 10 are the chapters that address the odd Cherubim he sees, but those are addressing the fact that these are what surround Yahuah it s a precursor of Ezekiel s meeting with Yahuah. Enoch describes many of the same things when he first meets Yahuah. The rest of what Ezekiel is doing is prophesying to Israel. Let s see what it s like when he finally meets Yahuah. 7/22/2017 10

Block adds, If the faces in 10:14 are also listed in clockwise order, the sequence is identical, and the cherub is identified with the bull. Other scholars (like Leslie Allen in the Word Biblical Commentary, vol 1, of Ezekiel) note that the four faces suggest the four directions, or the cardinal points. He s right and what s more, the faces of the creatures (cherubim) correspond to the four cardinal points of the zodiac. Scholars of ancient astronomy will tell you that the zodiac has a Babylonian derivation which is precisely where Ezekiel is living and writing from. In Ezekiel 1 we read that the wheels were full of eyes. What does that have to do with the zodiac or astrology? Simple. The Hebrew word for eyes is ayin. This is the normal word for that body part through which we see. The same word is also used (by Ezekiel, no less in the SAME CHAPTER) to describe sparkling or gleaming, eyes should be understood in Ezekiel 1 AND Ezekiel 10 as stars ( sparkling things ). This fits amazingly well with chapter 10, since there both the creatures and the wheels have the eyes. What creatures have stars in them? Chrysolite translates literally to "gold stone," with gold being seen as a color of the stars. Why doesn't Polaris (the Pole Star) move if Earth is revolving around the sun and the sun is also revolving around the center of the galaxy? The distance to Polaris is 434 light years. That's 27.4 million AU (astronomical unit), where an AU (93 million miles) is the distance from the sun to the earth. So the motion of the earth around the sun over a year causes an incredibly small shift in the apparent location of Polaris. That angle is 2/27,400,000 radians = 0.0000042 degrees. 7/22/2017 26
The rotation axis of the earth essentially does not change as the earth goes around the sun each year. It points to the same spot on the sky, which is very close to Polaris. . The circle of the earth describes the band of stars of the twelve Zodiac constellations. To Ezekiel, the totality of stars formed wheels as we see in the photograph above. The singular wheel is formed from the twelve Zodiac constellations on the sun's ecliptic. 7/22/2017 30
The ancients divided a 360 degree circle into 12 constellations and yielded twelve 30 degree slices. "Yahu" coin from Gaza Instead of moving clockwise (forward) through the zodiac, A Great Year moves counter clockwise (backwards) through the zodiac and this motion is called precession. The clockwise motion through the zodiac along with the counterclockwise motion through the zodiac is the biblical description of a wheel within a wheel. Ezekiel describes four creatures, which we have understood to be the 4 fixed signs of the zodiac (Aquarius, Leo, Taurus, and Scorpio/Aguila) and their corresponding ages. During the Great Year, the earth passes above and below the galactic plane at a curve much like that of a sine wave (A sine wave or sinusoid is a mathematical curve that describes a smooth repetitive oscillation) as the universe continues to expand. We moved below the galactic plane into the Age of Aquarius, which correlates with the Mayan calendars which marked the sun aligning with the galactic center on 12/21/12. This crossing caused climate changes and could be behind sink holes. So in conclusion, you don t need to be a scientist to realize that Ezekiel s wheels are NOT alien space ships that one day will be coming back for us, nor an astronomer to realize that the constellations move forward or clock-wise each year and also through precession go counter-clockwise, a wheel within a wheel (circular), or that our milky way is round and that the orbit of our earth is round/elliptical, again a wheel with in a wheel. 7/22/2017 54
